Two Faces

So this is the first thing i've ever done in photoshop with tablet so it's basically just some practice but i would really like some critiques if possible

The heads and the background look drastically different in quality, making it look like you Google'd some image and pasted your pics on top of it. The faces have fairly little of good structure and the eyes are pretty flat. Honestly I think you would be better off drawing more faces from real life and studying the face planes ans structure with pencil and paper.

To be honest i think i'm very bad at painting characters and faces so i'll definitely follow your advice.

Also, that image in the background was just a quick landscape i painted for practice. It doesnt look like that originally.
I blurred it out alittle and changed the colors to fit the theme ;]
