The Yakuza one looks pretty cool, but Buakock is awesome. I'd love to see a fighting game with Tony Jaa moves

Kock Fighter Club - McCluck Ortho

    Hey everyone,

Baby steps to the finish line. Here is the ortho of the first Kock Fighter I ever designed. I'd love to see these as 3D models and this is step one. Let me know what you guys think.
    Thanks.

I would suggest you talk to game design guru (and ex street fighter world champ) David Sirlin. You can find him on linkedin. He will be able to point you in the right direction.

Don't start a kickstarter without having all your ducks in a row..errr...eggs in a basket...errr..something like that. You will want proper budgeting, scheduling, team structure etc...if you ever want to see this built.

For now, I would honestly keep concepting. Concept out all the animated moves. Make the box art, the poster, the spread ads, the web ads the everything you can make yourself. When you get that far along you will find that many people will be up to jump on board. There is plenty for you to do on your own right now...just keep at it man. Keep at it.

Oh and open up the hands on your orthos...they need to be facing the thighs (palm side) and relaxed...not fists...so they can be built in 3d easily.

This concept is hilarious and the fighter-genre lover in me loves this.
I would however like to see the characters interacting with each other, I mean physically fighting each other.
Most if not all box art for fighting games have some of the characters punching each other on the cover and on the back.
That's my only advice, draw these guys beating the crap out of each other.

    Kock Fighte Club - KOCKBLOCK!!!

    Hey everyone,

Here is a piece I did today of Xtra Spice and Kung Pao going at it. In game, you will be able to stop an opponent's super move if you execute a KOCKBLOCK. It drains one level of your super move gauge but it is worth it cause it stuns the other fighter long enough to execute your finisher move. Hope you like it.

@Jason Manley - Thank you so much for taking the time to write a comment. I appreciate your advice and I will take it all into account. I am living and breathing this project at the moment and working on something for it every free chance I get. I'll try to get in touch with David Sirlin through linkedin and see what tips he can give me. Thanks again and keep checking back for more updates.

    Kock Fighter Club - Diego

    Hey everyone,

I've been busy on the box art for this project. I've only been able to work on this in my free time and last week was rough. I took the time to create this piece because it was a fun character that came into my head last friday. This is Diego, the hardcore football(soccer) fan from Argentina. This was the first character I did digitally from scratch. Stay tuned for more stuff.
    Hope you like the update.
    Later.

    LMAO

That's my name, the hair is similar and those look like the colors of my team (River Plate). I'm not fat though

Love your art as usual, you should make him throw stones and chairs too

    Kock Fighter Club - Poster

    Hey everyone,

Here is a poster I created for KFC. I wanted to create something where the characters had more dynamic poses and showed a bit more personality. I'd love to hear what you think and if you like it, please share. Thanks.

    KOCKS ASSEMBLE!

    Hey everyone,

I haven’t posted much recently because I’ve been busy with work and painting these images while keeping things under wraps. I created these two parody images inspired by Marvel’s The Avengers. I loved that movie so I wanted to create something using the characters from Kock Fighter Club. The first image is a compilation of the team: The Kock of Thunder, Iron Kock, Kockeye, Kock Fury, Captain Kock and The Incredible Kock. The second image was inspired by the funniest scene in the movie where Hulk smashes the crap out of Loki. I chose to have him looking down on Massive Black, the biggest and meanest Kock in the KFC. He is nothing next to the Incredible Kock. I am very happy with how these came out. I am posting some images depicting the process of creation for both images. Stay tuned for more pieces similar to these. Make sure to go and get your copy of this awesome movie. Later.

I love these concepts. I would play the game just for the awesome characterdesigns. I'm gld you get so much feedback on this, seems that people really like the idea. I hope you will reach your goal of turning it into a game!

p.s A viking kock would be awesome, or some kind of winter/snow related

    Keep up the awesomeness!

This idea is grand! Loving the design of your characters, they're both hilarious and awesome! One thing though you should do more of is females, you got like a ton of male fighters but only two female fighters from what I seen. Looking forward to play this one day!

Seriously love the Idea and concept work. Something that's always appealed to me about fighters is the characters, so much fun to be had in designing them all, and then pitting them against one another!Really looking forward to seeing where this goes

    The dark kock rises

The Gnoll, Eleyon, LORD M, e.j.kim, and Old Ben Kenobi - thank you for your comments. I am in talks with some people to develop this game. I will post news as it develops.
In the meantime here is another parody piece, this time of TDKR. I had this idea as I was working on ASSEMBLE.
    Hope you like it.

@e.j.kim - the font is Feast of the Flesh. Hope that helps.
