    PolarityMechanic's Sketchbook

    Helloo,

I'm a 23 old student (not art related) and from Germany. I've been drawing for many years but only for fun and not very good.
Since Feb. 2011 I'm attending nude drawing classes and since November I try to get serious about concept art (I'm a little late to the party).

The first post will contain some 'old stuff' to give an overview. Everything later will be new.
(my nude drawings will mostly be LQ, sorry! - they're too big to scan and I'm only able to take pictures with my mobile phone lol)

    anyways, nice to meet you!

Hey, age is just a number here. In the end your work and effort is what matters! (: (I'm 23 too so I strongly disagree to you being late, haha ).

Really like the colours in the second last piece you posted here!

for our english speaking folks around here:

I agree with Vilhelmina, age doesn't matter, but to be successful you have to work hard and make contacts. So work every minute - should'nt be that of a problem, since the cliche says we germans work hard
The borders of your imagination are the borders of your world.

Those hand sketches are awesome, very interesting lines.
Keep seeing shapes and forms when you draw.

Very nice studies. Do you like Van der Poel? I've never done any studies from him. Is he any good?

    edit: thank you for answering!
