Hi everyone, I've been a bit sparse this week, I decided to take a little break, and now that I'm back I'm good to go.
Here is the latest progress of my river painting.

A little more...
I'm going to be working on this one for a while
Hi everyone, I've been keeping myself busy by sculpting a 3d model of our hero. You can see it below. I'm pretty new to the whole 3d sculpture thing but I can truly say I feel much better with it, though it takes getting used to.

Hey everyone, I'm not sure what this whole virus scare is about but it's good to be back. I've been working hard on my 3d model, so tell me if you see anything wrong with it. I've been working on it so long that It's hard to see it afresh. On a side note, I might be moving to Mauritius to work if everything goes right! apparently it's the next best thing to heaven so that's a plus, though I'm not going to keep my hopes too high.
Here is my work

Hi everyone, I've mainly been busy with the model, and the changes haven't been large enough to warrant a change every night, so I've been posting less as a result.
Last night however, there was a storm so I couldn't use my pc, and drew the image you see below.

Unfortunately, I had to restart the sculpt. but on the bright side, I got to clean up a lot of the mistakes I made before. here it is;

Hi guys and girls, here is a progress update. a little 2d for a change and some 3d

Hi folks, my blender (or my computer, hopefully not) is broken, so my model's future is somewhat in trouble. in any case, here is the latest progress on my painting.
I think this whole blender situation perhaps is for the best, I should be focussing on my 2d art. besides, I can start with a clean slate if I want to now, which may be a blessing in disguise.

I have to start my model again :/
on the bright side I get to do it on zbrush this time

nice sketchbook -cool to see you explore so much different techniques and mediums keep it going!
Thanks Raphael
Today, I made some alterations to my base mesh's torso. the back still needs a bit of work though. Unfortunately, the head has a lot less polygons then the rest of the body which is making it hard to put some details on it.

today I worked on the planes of my model's head

Hi everyone. I've mainly been occupying myself recently with my base model. It's coming along nicely, though I'm sure there are a lot of inaccuracies. whatever the case is, it's a great learning exercise and I'm can't wait to model my character from it. Recently I have been considering joining Scott Eaton's online course in sculpture , though I am pressed for both time and money, having saved up for a trip to Switzerland next month (my first time in Europe!). I've worked on my environment for a bit, though I'm concerned about the variety of saturation in the image. When I work on it I'm not too worried about getting the same colours that I did the previous week and I think it's starting to show. On the bright side, I think it's almost done, though I want to get it just right.
Anyways, here are my contributions for today;

Hi folks, I'm taking a little break from 3d to work on my 2d stuff.
I've made some changes to my character and am in the process of re-working his pose.
Working in 3d actually helped out a lot, I can see a lot of the mistakes I made before, not
to mention I'm more relaxed about making changes and am more concious about the sillhouette

Hey, I'm still alive and working, just don't upload as often as I used to, but here is what I'm working on at the moment

Hi everyone, I've recently joined a weekly sketch group which will allow me to practise with other artists, as well as draw from a model, which can be hard to find at times.
In any case, here is what I produced yesterday. We were told to do a series of quick gesture images, followed by a sketch we had more time for (30 mins per pose). I can't upload the gesture pictures at the moment, but here are the others

Loving the line work in these last posts. Nice style. And the portrait study look looks very nice. Keep it up!

Hey guys, This is something new from a landscape I'm working on. Planning on using it as concept art for a personal project. let me know what you think - I want to know how I can make it better.
