Hi

I want to be a digital artist so hopefully this thread will help me improve and keep track of my progress.

So this is my Second digital art painting. As you can see I still got ton's to learn in terms of color, light etc.

Hey Previsha, welcome to CA. I see that you mentioned you want to improve as a digital artist, and I can honestly tell you that this is the best place (that I know of) in the internet for that purpose. These forums really changed my life; it gave me a purpose when I had none and now I partly owe the life I lead to CA. Not that I want to drown you in soppy stories.

As for your work, I see that you've followed a one-point perspective decently well (as far as I can tell). However, as you yourself admitted, you have a lot to learn regarding colour, lighting et cetera. Have a look at this link, it might help you:

For now, it's good that you have a goal, but it's also important to define your expectations. Don't expect to be a pro in a week; set realistic targets and go about achieving them regularly. With time and perseverance, I'm sure you'll get where you want to be and more.

I do hope to learn allot from concept art forums. Thanks for the background it helps to know that someone was where I am currently and are successful.

I still have tons to learn and I know the only way is to actually do the hard work. I've read up on color and light etc but putting the theory through into my artwork is where I find the problem. So if you have any advise to give me. Thanks for the Atmosphere Perspective articles, it helps allot.

So I need to start with basics and I decided the best way to learn is from the beginning. So anyone that can help give me any advise on the Perspective and value please do. This is what I got so far,I still need to add value to the 2POINT AND 3 POINT. I plan to update and keep on working on my art.
