good colours, stiff forms, lifeless expressions, all good if you want to make nasty evil cold things.

I like the creativity here!
The last piece captured my eyes, very beautiful!
Keep it up man!![]()
Hey, great color values first off! you have a really strong sense of light and value
and great overall tone
as was mentioned above your figures could use a little more dynamic energy, especially the humanoid ones.
could just be the posing & angles , so as long as its not a character build, (where it has to be strictly representational) i feel like you can have a bit more fun with the perspective and poses ( i recommend getting a friend to pose quickly and snap a phone photo for reference)
I also noticed some anatomy issues in the gorillas, i know they're early sketches but the last ones arms seem off right away
otherwise really great work! love the environments especially, seems to be your strength (lots of interesting dynamic shots, good overall composition and framing)
cheers,

Very mad! Your skillset is enviably versatile and your design work is excellent, too. Really nice stuff!
Hi,
great. The light studies in post #4 are really awesome. Did you use references for this, or fall it simply out of your brain?
Colors! Atmosphere! Wonderful)
I love this Aztecs spirit, its impressive)
Very good work, did you post this in the Critique Center? Surely it wasn't moved from Finally Finished
What exactly are you needing critique on? This stuff is awesome.
man this stuff is sensual! isometric games are so beautiful, and these paintings do them justice to the utmost. you want to watch those lighting/cast shadows on the last piece. Your cast shadows indicate that the sun is high in the sky by looking at the short angle of the shadows, also make sure they all are parallel, ive tried to fix a couple of them. however the plainar surfaces indicate that the sun is quite low. i.e the more perpendicular the surface, the more light in recieves. so i would reccomend either swapping the side surfaces and the top surfaces value wise. or, make sure those cast shadows really streak accross the image indicating the sun is setting like the image below.
but all in all great work yo!
I'm glad to see this thread has been moved to its rightful place. Good job!![]()
