    The Robot With Human Hair.

Hello, my name is Tomas Ogle and this is my first time posting any of my work for others to see, except for my facebook but that doesn't count to me. I hope to become a concept artist in the future and that is my dream. For now I shall just improve on my skills and a big thanks to anybody that looks at my art

    Diggin dat landscape and moleskins!

    And that back!!

Only thing I would say is that for the landscape, possibly try to desaturate it alil more as it goes further back? It might help give it a bit more depth. But the strokes are just fantastic!

OMG! I can't beleieve I went so long without posting TT~TT I feel terrible and I don't exactly have much to show for it either :/ but anyway I wanted to show what I've been up to lately.

So what I've been doing is really trying to crank down on my anatomy/figure/life drawing and I'm just focusing on certain areas for right now until I feel that I'm in a good place with it and comfortable with the studies I've done might be going at this for a month or two. I decided to just start with the torso since I have a lot of blank spot areas concerning a lot of the anatomy in the torso and so far it seems to be working and I'm already seeing huge improvements and it's only been 2 weeks of doing this stuff but yeah the studies that have X's next to them were drawn with reference I feel really bad for only having this to show since I haven't posted anything in 2 months -_______- but hey I'm planning on getting a lot of good stuff in and lots of posts too!

Yay! Another update and I'm happy to say I have something worth posting this time :]
Been doin a lot of studies lately and I've just been getting really bored of so I decided to take a break from studies and finally do something from imagination! and it's a digital painting too!! started this painting as a quick little sketch on a napkin while on break at work last week and I decided to turn it into a painting and it turned out pretty nice, and even though I said I was tired of doing studies I pretty much took a lot of the info that I learned from em and incorporated some of them into this painting mostly the lighting, also there are a few pages from my sketchbook.
    Enjoy

Been quite some time since I last posted... been busy with work and seeing my girlfriend, haven't been drawing all that often since I dropped out of school hard to get self motivated and continue pushing myself but I'm not giving up. Just posting this cause it's a rework of my previous post re-worked the orange mech and made a few changes along with a new color and better lighting kinda got the light scheme from the mechs Anthony Jones aka ROBOTPENCIL posted on his blog just taking a really REALLY long time to finish it since I don't really have a deadline for it.

    Feedback is very much appreciated!

A small sketch and current WIP that's turned into something more time consuming than I planned, I like the direction of where it's going though hoping to get it painted soon.

great stuff! The landscape in the first post is so attractive, really beautiful. You've got great anatomy and linework going on too. The guy in post #21 is looking like a hobbit or a halfling, is he?

Very sorry for posting such large images I tried to fix and replace them with smaller size images but it's not happening thinking of making a whole new sketchbook because the huge images I upload look so tacky ._.
Anyway this is a little dump of stuff I've been doodeling with.
