I'd like to hear some thoughts about this first one. It might be a Christmas present.

Nice to see a new sketchbook. I like the movement in the picture, the only thing that bothers me is the back foot seems as if its coming forward in space and should be pushed back a bit more.

Nice image.. I agree about that back foot though. It looks like it's crossing it's rear legs. Not sure if that was your intention but it looks slightly odd.
The pose of the rider is ever-so-slightly stiff but hey, people in the real world are stiff sometimes... doesn't mean it's incorrect in any way.
I like it, let's see more =)
Here's it finished, and I hope I fixed the leg. And I did another quick drawing. I'll hopefully have some more sketches soon.
Environment:
wow, the enviro is very impressive, I agree with the others though, the horses back leg still doesn't look right- maybe move the leg in the foreground towards the viewer more instead...
promising start here
Nice new environment! Good tones.
sweet enviro, i can feel the depth

Update. Here's some old and new stuff. An egg study, a castle done with walnut ink, a self portrait in a mirror I just did, a few more studies, and then an oil self portrait I finished last year.
Here's a quick sketch for what could be a painting in the future. I actually want to paint this in oils if I find the time for it.
Fantastic!
Here's an update. I haven't done much in the way of concept art lately, but here is day 1 of my senior project.
Beautiful! Those oil pieces are beautiful. The digitals and pen sketches are also seriously good. I like how you’re working with the light in all of your images.
The first image with the horse is awesome! I would love to have it as Christmas present. But I even more want to be able to paint that good myself. Congrats to you!
Keep up the good work!
Here's a project I'm working on with my friend. There are some influences from Feng Zhu's tutorials, as you can probably tell.
love your environments and self portraits! everything looks well polished! wish I could paint like that!
Hi dude, nice start on your sketchbook, loving the stuff in here, especially the environmental, that thing was mental.
solid brush work throughout your paintings, can't wait to see more.
I could learn a thing or two about color theory from you! I'm really loving that egg painting and your portraiture.
Really solid work overall.
guh..your colors! The delicate inks on that castle! You've got some beautiful work here.
I wish I could say something more constructive, but really, this is all great. Just keep working hard! And post lots, please.![]()
Fantastic start to a SB you've got here. Keep up the good work; I look forward to seeing your progress.
Thanks for the encouragement everyone. Here are some wips I am doing for a project. Hopefully I'll have the finished ones up in a day or two.
Really nice to see some oils here, great work, I'll be stoping back to take a look.
Hey man really like your stuff you have great values and colours. The self portrait in oils is super nice. Post more stuff man its greatI know its way past christmas but for that horse piece I think its real nice except the horses mouth looks kind of comical and kills the srsns of the piece and thats it

Hi, just stopped to say that I really like your sketchbook. You have a great feeling of colors,
I'll be waiting for more art from you![]()
Hey everyone. I have some updates and none of them are concept art. First, here's an update and a better pic of the still life. And then I have been drawing a portrait of my friend using David Kassan materials. Sorry, the pictures aren't the best. I'm about 8 or 9 hours into the still life and 5 hours into the portrait.
It has been a while. Here is something I did for the box of a board game I created. It's a bit overworked in a few places. Not perfect, but I like it anyway. I might start posting everything else I've been doing if I can find the files.
