Sutas improvement thread!

I started drawing about 3-4 years ago, and became more serious about it a year ago when I started studying illustration. I need to give myself a good kick and start drawing more. Looking for some feedback and motivation. Made this painting over the last month. I'm not very happy with it, but I figured it's better to improve a little on every painting then doing the same one over and over again until it's "perfect". The other one is a quick 40-50 min study sketch.
