Looking good, the silhouettes of the people in post #5 are great. Love the highlights on the mini cooper as well, keep it up.
What sort of pencil do you use for sketching? You might want to try some softer pencils to get deeper darks in your drawings.
@Noun thanks man! i use a 2B, this is something that have not cross my mind till now... but i should be thinking about getting some drawing pencils, anyways thanks again

Great stuff, maybe you could draw some stuff from the mind since you've been using lots of reference. I found that alternating this way is of great help. Surely if you do more stuff from the mind and get back to the pictures you'll find a significant difference.
@lennon: yes, actually I've been drawing on an alternate sketchbook of mine things that comes to my mind but somehow i have forgot to post, and i have already a sketch for a piece... but i am waiting for next year to paint it... something like a fresh start, thanks for the comment i'll post some drawings from my imagination soon..
thanks again,

I like the stylistic approach of the last piece. But seeing as the head is closer to the viewer, wouldn't it be slightly larger?
@Richie Rich: yes, that came trough my head after posting it... ill try and fix later, thanks for your comment
ah.. im on a block right now dont know what to paint
Fixed... i think:
I really, really love your sort of choppy, squared-off painting style. The photostudy from the 27th, those suits, and your latest one are fantastic. (Though I think the guy's head looks better now, but his legs are a little off - the pose doesn't really feel balanced at the moment.)
Just for the sake of updating, here's jimmy:
