    Graphic novel WIP

I'm working on a graphic novel which I'm going to release for free as a PDF. At the moment I'm submitting a page every 1 or 2 weeks on my blog. I've been getting feedback from friends and a couple of people on the internet, but I thought I could probably get a lot more help from here

    Here is page 1:

I've done 6 pages so far. Sometimes I go back and makes changes to pages already posted, I'll be doing that as I go along.

Here's page 2, which links to the next so you can click through the pages:

Should I just post everything I've done so far in this thread?

Thanks, looking forward to feedback and criticism.

    This is looking really nice

One thing that did jump out of me - the picture of the guy paying and petrol pump looks less finished than the other pictures. It's like you stopped working on it sooner and it jars a bit. That may just be me seeing that though, I don't know if others will notice it.

    Couple things:

Try using larger brushes, the guy looks pretty uhhh..."patchy?"
It looks like he only has two joints in his index finger, counting the knuckle joint.

Also on page six, I can't figure out what's going on with the diagonal arm through the center of the page, it's pretty jarring.

    thanks guys.

i've been moving on to the next page before really polishing off pages. i may come back later and fix things, or i may not. there are many more pages to do. the style i've chosen to use requires a lot more work before it looks "finished", which i guess is why most graphic novels and comics use their particular methods.

the hand coming across the page has been pointed out as jarring by a few people now, i think the evidence is mounting up. the hand is actually knocking on the front door of the house.

oh, and pointing out the missing joint makes sense. i put in wrinkle lines for one joint but not the other which doesn't make sense.
