Why its super useful to draw certain still life's a lot to get better at drawing most things? (certain things for me as in worms and humans)
And what certain still life's?

I'm not trying to mock anyone, I'm being serious, I've forgotten what I'm trying to accomplish with these still life's

worms and humans aren't still

You need practice drawing whatever thing it is you need to get better at drawing, but still lifes will help you with techniques that require lots of time, like rendering, because the still life generally doesn't need to move, so it will stay 'still' for a long time, possibly indefinitely if it is not moved.

I may be missing your question, though, as I feel pretty confused

Sorry I could've made that more clear, I meant still life's that would help me get better at drawing worms and humans, I totally know they aren't still.

But I kinda get what your saying.

I'm not very sure on how to make the question more clear, but you answered it pretty welly
