    How unfortunate for you.

To be honest this looks like a grainy photograph lassoed onto a black background. The strokes on the hair and a few on the bicep look to be the only brushstrokes on the picture. If they are not you should work on changing that discrepancy. Why is her hand fully lit but her bicep which is right nex to the hand almost fully in shadow? It's hard to tell how large the bicep is, if it is supposed to be your main focus we should see more of it. If I were you I would not make it so abnormally large as it seems to be as it's near unbelievable, but if you want to make it that way you should consider making her other muscles abnormal as well, since it's odd that her bicep should be 2x the size of her other arm muscles as she has to work those when she is working her bicep.

The snake is creating a terrible tangent with her bicep as well.

Yes this does not seem like a painting. It looks like a poorly cropped, grainy, lossy photo with some slapdash round brush strokes thrown on it in Photoshop. How long have you been working digitally?

    I recommend hitting the basics.

Ain't nothing wrong with doing photomontage in Photoshop...but it's really, really hard to mix several photos and make it look good. Harder in many ways than pure illustration. Not for the noob.
I was once on the receiving end of a critique so savagely nasty, I marched straight out of class to the office and changed my major (sketchbook).

personally i would recommend quitting photomanipulation on the whole (it is incredibly lame) and try drawing instead. also biceps dont do that cartoony hump thing, unless you want it cartoony then next time draw it that way.

This is looking a lot like the "Goth Girl" thread. And I'm guessing both are Trolls.
