Figured I would post a bunch of random sketch stuff that's been gathering. Mostly done with a Pentel Pocket Pen or my Kuretake brush pen, I occasionally add mid-tones with whatever is lying around.

I have one of those pentel pocket pens on the way in the mail, and seeing what you've produced with the same tool has me really excited to use it! Awesome start to a sketchbook, I really dig your subject matter and stylization . Inspiring stuff for sure, can't wait to see more!

Some more quick stuff. Some are convention cards I doodle when I go to a show. Usually $3 or free when someone buys one of my books. The rest is just playing around in my spare time.

Here's some photos of me from a very small, recent convention. I tend to like the smaller ones, since it seems like it's easier to interact with your audience... and the other people in the alley.

The wonderful lady in the very posed photo is cover artist Jenny Frison.

an older color sketch. I was sitting at a drink n' draw, and there was a sketch exchange where I told my friend Carolynn to take any page out of my sketchbook she wanted. Apparently she liked the colors.
