    Post-apocalyptic

It was a nice building at one point, now, not so much.
I don't want to call this finished until I get your input.
    thanks

As my Design teacher says entirely too often, work the silhouette more, especially where the sky is behind it, don't just have boxes, and more 3D edges on everything. You can see under the sills on those windows, so show that even if it's a small detail. Same goes for the panels on the curved bit, they look almost paper-thin. Give them some thickness. That'll add solidity to your shapes.

Enhance the contrast a little. Make the lights brighter.

green... its falling to the left... if you tilt the horizon, do it for a reason and be bold. its just like 3° off... dont know if it is an error (or intended), but it definitely looks like one.

blue and purple... every building has its own horizon or orientation.
if it is orientation and they are wildly arranged (which never happens in modern+ buildings, because its a waste of space, and cities need to be optimized spacewise) you need to show more of their other sides and really nail it. now it just looks off.
different horizon? not going to happen.
...in short the underlying perspective is off.

red... youre either creating a focalpoint by radiation thats outside the frame here, or a pattern on the building, which ruins the impression of decay, because its the complete opposite of random.

id zoom in, crop, get rid of the tangent (foreground shadowshape to the left with the dark areas on the main building) and distribute the workers in a more rythmic manner. (slap a level adjustment onto it and done .)

Its actually not falling to the left as these lines illustrate, they are perfectly vertical. If anything there would be slight convergence toward 3rd vanishing point.

Sone_one you are correct about the blue lines, I tried to fix that. I am still thinking about the other building.
What I feel it needs is more narrative elements, and I am not satisfied with the figures but unsure on details.
This is what I have so far.

I would destroy it more. break more windows, more holes, etc. Right now it's like you started with that destroyed look and never finished it.
