Here's a couple things, figure painting and drawing is going well. Self portrait and some charcoal quickies, 10 and 30 minutes I believe.

Nice updates! The sketch on the last page, of the innkeeper. There are some perspective issues to watch out for. Try and determine a horizon line early on, even in a drawing like this, finding vanishing points of such a complicated drawing is difficult but with the horizon line in place atleast you know they are somewhere on that line. You look as thought you are having a lot of fun painting, which is awesome, keep it up And thanks for your post in my sketchbook, it was rather helpful

I tried to do a digital landscape today from photo for the first time in a really long time. I missed doing it so much. I think I'll do a little speedy like this every day if I can.

Also a study from Kekai Kotaki, it's a'ight... I had fun messing with custom brushes.

So I've been really busy with school and the holidays, took a trip to the Arizona desert, went to a old plane museum which was awesome. Drew some airports and launched my website and a million of other social networking doo dads.

Personal doodle with the boy, Environment of the Week from last week (which was an awesome contest!), and another random piece I'm fleshing out. Not sure about the border or not came to me in a half asleep idea. I'm going to try to make it work let me know what you think.

Also check out my new website/blog/portfolio! http://www.corinnekunze.com

Hi Corinne! You have a really interesting sb. I like the diversity in here. The mix between pen sketches, digital, acrylic and oil makes it a pleasure going through every page. The last post is great. I like all of the three images but I especially like the winter alley, It’s very delicately made. Hope to see much more! Keep it up!

Thanks Greenhouse - means a lot

Here's some new stuff, viking is from photo reference, struggling more or less with the desert demon piece. The other weird ones are characterless assigned in class.

its so good to see so much experimentation, glad to see that, and your getting really better with colour, might want to do more value studies with just black and white and then go back to colour keep at it sir!

LionheartGFX - Thanks man, I'll keep it up!

Thought I'd add in this little sketch I did awhile back and got stuck on (didn't know how to deal with the background characters)

I've made some progress with that environment piece, using different brushes and such. Feeling a bit tired with it now though - have to push through to the end and just clean stuff up. Next piece I want to implement more of a story. Here was an angry little doodle I did today- I've been stressing out about drawing a lot. I feel so much better when I just sit down and draw but some days I just spend all day dwelling on shit I'm not doing. I dunno why - it's stupid. Maybe just too much time alone.

It has been a while since i saw you around! How've you been! Your studies are going a whole lot better than mine I think. The landscapes are pretty good too. The thing I see missing from the latest landscape is some depth and contrast. The foreground could be a bit darker. I did a little sumn to show you. It's a subtle change but it REALLY puts the emphasis on the riders and the mountains closest to them. I hope that helped!
