Attached images don't show

For some time now, I've been unable to see images uploaded to the ca servers, instead I only get an empty box or an empty image tag (if it was inserted by tag). Images that are linked in from photobucket and such are just fine.

Is this a problem by the site or do I have some browser problem?

I use Opera and Firefox (both show the same problem). I'm from Germany, could this be the issue, some copyright thing?

I doubt it's a copyright thing, and I don't really have an answer for you.

I would say it may be something with your ISP if you're using different browsers and getting the same issue.

Basically attachments are on "attachments.conceptart.org" It may be a DNS issue since I don't remember previously seeing a subdomain for attachments.

I've suspected my ISP, because each computer has had the same trouble... what could I do when the problem reappears? Is there a tool for checking if the ISP is the cause?

p.s.: Finally I can rejoin the CHOW!!!

In windows you can use traceroute. You can also use the command ping
