You made me curious to go look up your old skecthbook...I hope you don't mind. Anyway in my humble opinion you have improved tremendously since thenPlease post bigger images! The first one is a good size. I can't wait to see more!
My Sketchbook would benefit from your critiques.
Thanks to the both of you! I'll post around the 600 pixels wide mark, the two small ones actually don't go any bigger- I did them as forum avatars, sorry. Anyway, I got round to fixing the size on a few more things:
Quick updates, many horses.
I love storm troopers, but they weren't exactly the brightest crayons in the pack...
hey really nice start to this thread. you have a really gestural painting style that is always nice to see. keep them painting coming any youll be doing great!
Just a fun, quick exercise in creature design. Doing weird silhouettes and quickly colouring them.
Ur painting style is great, i love the colors on the new one.
Been very prolific for a few days, a few of the better things. Also many studies, etc. I'm missing some that I can't remember where I saved em, probably they weren't so great anyway.
post more! =) keep working hard!
Strangely, I've had two portrait commissions in the last 3 days of cute black animals. Both were done from sucky, too-dark, low-res photos.
By the way, I'd like to reassure y'all that I'm doing plenty of figure study. I just want to spare you the boredom of looking through it.
awesome artwork, your creatures are really sweet. and you linework on your horse is outstanding..![]()
Hey guys, thanks for dropping by, and the nice complimentsI'm gonna check out your work...
That horse in your last post is really nice!
Really kicking horse study! Your creature designs are fun and have a nice earthyness to them.
CheersI do like my critters and my horsies...
A polished version of above character sheet for 'Bonytigog'. This was a word my phone chucked up when I tried to write 'anything' in a text.

Really cool sb so far! I really like your loose lines and style. Love post #5 and #4, this is also coolness. How's the dropping skyrim been working for you? It's surely not working for me lol.
Haha just want to play Skyrim! I love your subject matter, you're figure drawings of horses are inspirational. Thanks!
cool stuff here!
I think all you need to work on is to have soft lose edges, at the moment everything is pretty much too hard.
keep pushin'!
Thanks all!
@Satu: Not working at all, haha. Managed to stop playing long enough to do this, which when you think about it is kinda Skyrim related anyway. At least it's not a dragon.
@John: Thanks for the crit, but I'm not sure exactly what you mean? Gonna look at your work to see if I can understand it :p Do you mean stop having everything in focus?
Nice stuff. I particularly like the kid in the big hat
Might finish this guy later, atm kinda bored with him.
