hey man awesome start to your sb, lovin the abstraction and style.
I have to agree with Izer. Thats a strong start for a sketchbook.
Keep it up man!
cheers
Hello! Your drawings have amazing scope- I like the classy use of the Photoshop leaf brushI will say that the occasional blur does bother me a bit, but maybe that's just me X) Can't wait to see more!
Hello!
Thanks for visiting my sketchbook! Your paintings read quite well in small size but when looking up close, the varying degree of detail starts to lead the eye all over the place. Decide your focal point and focus detail around that, have a plan. Try to define your forms more instead of just shapes. Atmospheric perspective is well defined, but there are some problems in linear perspective and how things relate to each other, be more conscious of that.

You've got some cool stuff here man!
It'd be cool to some of them taken to a higher finish, especial some of your big landscape lone horseman ones.
Keep it up and hopefully next time I come by it's still the some sketchbook![]()

On the first post, good looking compositions but they miss more form definition with values, but you seem to have fixed that too on the second post - the flying vehicle and figures read well. I love the snowy, spikey rock environment! Great style you have forming here, keep them coming!![]()
hey wicked stuff man, I remember your work in cghub, haven't seen you around in a while!
Nice and stylish work, though it would be great to see some of the ideas developed in to more polished work I think.
Keep postin'!
Awesome sketchbook, ty for the inspiration
Would you mind if I ask what software you use? And how do you achieve this rough edge effect? Watercolor edges or so?
Really loving the atmosphere and energy in your paintings, the snowy mountainscapes are particularly pleasing to my eyes!
Keep it up!
You have a shit load of potential, dude. I'd say do some observational studies of figures and environments for you can have a clearer idea when you draw something from your imagination.
hey Sean cool updates an ideas you have going man
dig the looseness of your work want to get more of that in my own.
I think if you studied up on some brush economy you can really make these pieces pop more and feel more balanced.
keep it up man
till next time

Hey man nice stuff, I admire how loose everything is.
I think if you start studying some basics, like anatomy and lighting it really can back up your good composition.
I like your style with certain pieces it just adds a certain punch, although in some it looks rather rushed. really cool works here tho.

Hey man, thanks for checking out my sketchbook.
This is really nice stuff, I can't offer any critique because i'm nowhere near your level but I can say that what i'm seeing in here is sending my imagination haywire. You manage to get such a nice sense of depth, I long to be this good one day.
Can I ask how old you are? And how long you've been painting?
Great stuff man, really inspiring, can't wait to see more

Really good dude, i like how texturized your work looks, it gives a illustration look. I dont know how to explain it, but its very nice. Lets keep working and pushing ourselves to masterize all this knowledge, also thanks for stop by my book.

Great works! They all have a strong atmosphere. I'd like to see you post some very polished pieces though.
Good updates, I admire the spontaneous energy in them! Thanks for the progress videos too, it's really cool how you carve out the figure in the one in post 26. Value-wise, I think many of the pictures could have more depth though. The figure in the video I mentioned could pop out from the background if it was much darker and vice versa, in some paintings you have black spots in the background that flatten them a bit. In this picture, the foreground and background have the same values like they were at the same distance. On the other hand, on this one and this one there's great use of atmospheric perspective. As another thing, you seem to have a way of using constricted palettes with maybe one or two bright colors. I'd be interested to see what you could do by playing around with them more boldly, using complementaries and introducing more saturated colors on the foregrounds to get more depth. For example, I think on this picture, adding some purple on the shadows of the figures on the foreground could make them pop out more and make the whole picture more dramatic.
Keep up the good work and happy holidays to you too!![]()
These horse ones are cool!
The horse head on the left in the top one seems to be fighting me for attention!
It would be cool to see some more pieces that combined the two colour extremes that you seem to use alot (either alot of colour or quite mellow) to lead us in the compositions.
Keep at it!

I like the vast array of imagry and ideas you have here. You work is just enough to glimpse your mental image... cool stuff.
The latest couple looks great.
And I agree with Just Call Me Bruce! that it would be interesting to see a combination between the mellow and the colourfull.
Keep up the good work.
those last two are really cool. they feel like a definitely step forward for you.
