K so I feel i'm finally starting to pick up my level of work from the slump I was in and the only difference to my life seems to be a healthier sleep cycle, trying to get to bed before it goes past midnight seems to have helped and i'm more eager to experiment and do work so hopefully next post will have some real cool stuff.
In the meantime I've got some stuuuff:

It seems every time I post I think i've come to some new revelation in what everything all means and what I should be doing aha. So lately i've been struggling with my brush strokes and generally the surface the way I seemed to paint created, so I have a bunch of studies and stuff here just trying to figure it out. I seem to spent a lot of time trying to figure everything out in my head about where I want to go and whats wrong but I should probably just paint more and it would sort itself out, trying to get back into a habit of doing more little paintings and sketches, i've kind of gotten into this bad thing where when I start something in ps i feel it has to be god damn sweet best thing finished illustration ever. Feeling positive though moving forward
- Sci-fi city paintingz
STUDIES:
- Jaime Jones little section of painting hes so good
- chicks chicks chicks
Great work, Sean. Your environments are so fucking sweet, that lighting you manage to create is awesome. Also the Anthony Jones-style work is very solid. Can't wait to see more characters of yours.
Instead of thinking about painting, sit down and do it. You'll get in the mood and find your flow.
This is a bloody amazing sketchbook thread Sean, the work is just stunning. Beautifully drawn and the lighting is so spot on! I couldn't resist going back to the beginning and observing your progress from 2011, great work man.
Loving your studies. It reminds me to keep working on my own. Thanks man!
Keep your chin up
dood these studies you knocked out are pretty fucking good :b excellent job!
