Nice start ! Keep it up)
You get a lot done in 25 minutes. Gotta love that value range ^^
I can't critique anything as nothing comes to mind. Keep up the good work!![]()
That's some pretty impressive work for such a short amount of time...I love it it, keep going!

Hai thar!
Very cool stuff so far, so just keep posting, I'd love to see more.![]()
Good work so far, the bug mech is a really good idea, be good to see more studies though!
Really like post #12.. looks like you were... having fun!! You've got some nice gesture and confidence in those little figures. Your larger more polished stuff feels a little more forced. Try and make it fun whenever possible. That robot walkin through the city and blasting stuff in #10 is a little more like what i'm talking about. Really great execution and slick designs for the robots in #6!! I feel obligated to say: work on figure construction/ anatomy... but who couldn't use some more anatomy study?
Was just looking at post #11 and thinking, where are my eyes drawn here? There's some amazing detail in that painting, but my eyeballs are left hanging darting to and fro! Don't be afraid to leave stuff out.. it's a tough one but it really helps to give your paintings focus. Well, that's my two cents! Keep up the awesome workPlease stop by my SB some time and leave some words of wisdom. I like how you restrict your time when working on studies, giving yourself limitations can be a powerful tool, it makes you figure out what is most essential. It's easy to get lost working on detail that you might really like, but doesn't really matter.
Hey there! Just wanted today I took a look through your sketchbook and enjoyed it! You've got some serious rendering chops on you (particularly on number 11) and some great imagination and that's awesome (plus the monkey that may or may not be mojo jojo. That was great enough on its own). I will toss in a pointer about faces because it's the one thing I'm semi-confident about.
What I do when I'm painting faces is paint the values with a slight exaggeration. The darks are a little too dark, the lights a little too light. I build the form of the face with that, make sure there are hard lines where there should be (typically in the cheekbones, the edges of the nose, the inside corner of the eye, the dip between the chin and mouth) and then, after I've done all that, I take a large soft brush, at a low opacity, with a middle-lightish color and paint over it. That blends everything, pulls the extremes back, and gives the face that glow that skin tends to have.
Bah, I've ranted long enough! I'm excited to see what you have. I really do think you'll go far!
