I have no crits for the drawing, but the logo doesn't work for me. It doesn't seem to ba a part of the picture, rather it clashes with the rest of the image quite a bit. Maybe try putting it into a frame or something? Otherwise, nice work.

Nice pose and colors. I actually like the logo personally. Maybe you could add a few more highlights on metals and add a little more contrast.

mmmm tall dwarf in combat boots. The pic is cool the logo... well its sorta crappy.
His ears are a bit tiny. Other wise very cool.

Don't let the coloring obsure the drawing too much. The thing with (traditional ) comic-stlye art is that the pen&ink rendering is very graphic. Early comic coloring was very basic and kept with that graphic style (although oftentimes the colors very very jarring in their brighness and saturation). Nowadays it seems that colorists have more control over a final image than the pecilier/inkers because often they render with color. And while rendering with color is fine, mixing that with the graphic pen/ink doesn't work. So I would suggest tryng a more paired down approach to coloring, ala 100 Bullets or Hellboy. This will really let your original drawing shine and keep with th style. On the other hand you could pare down the drawing (ie-no black shadows, simpler lines) and let the coloring really define the picture. Or just forget drawing and paint digitally all the way.

That being said I really like this picture, especially the ink underdrawing. The logo is a bit out of place. Hope what I said makes some sense, and keep up the good work.

cool job man....nice pose, good composition and usage of colours
as for the logo, i dont know if its crappy, but i think it looks wrong in that place and size....i think you should make it bigger and more in the middle, or smaller and more next to a corner

btw, great stuff on your site too! too much fanart for my taste, you have what it takes to create great original concepts if you give it a try

I must say, I really like the work as well. ditto on the logo.. I don't mind the rendering of it actually (maybe just tome down the 3dish look of it), but I think it's just hard to read... the 'r's really look like 't's to me.

Also, I completely agree with Hale's crit... I'm a huge fan of pencil work. Your linework is just awesome. Nice work all around though!

I have to agree with Manley on his comment. While this is a great pic from an art perspective, from a concept design perspective if this guy is a healer you want to (pardon the overused but still true statement) "show don't tell".

Only thing that bothered me was the completely black gloves, maybe some reflective light would make them seem 3d. As far as the logo goes I don't have a problem with it, but if you find the need to change it, stone might work better than metal.
