Algebra still doesn't know how to do this art thing

hey dudes. my name's kevin, I've posted here in the past multiple times, and have had an interesting artistic journey since I last posted I suppose! I'm a freshly-21-year-old 'artist' from a boring place who does boring stuff

I am giving myself a little extra oomph of motivation by starting a sketchbook thread again

plus right now I am preparing portfolio stuff for school applications for next year (early! I know.)

here's some stuff I've done recently! some paintings, some drawings, some sketchbook stuff

CRITS PLEASE for the love of god I will love you forever

Rockin' characters man. They have that spark of life that I find so hard to do - keep it up, and I'd love to see some more of those.

Thanks for dropping by my SB. Great start on yours!
I love that your characters seem to actually be doing something, instead of just posing.
    Keep up the good work!

    I NEED SOME FEEDBACK!

I am probably going to throw this in my portfolio (school apps). I am running pretty short on time for my one early app, and so I am wondering if I should just clean it up a bit and leave it mostly where it is, as opposed to inking it or rendering it out.

    what do you dudes think?

also this is finished and actually scanned as opposed to having its picture taken

Hey there, good to have you start another sketchbook here! For kicks i went and browsed your old books. I really like how confident your lines have gotten over the years. Good figure work and perspective, and im always happy to see comic type sequentials and half-tone experiments. Good stuff so far~

No real crits at the moment, just keep on updating!
