Just brain-storming here, no experience with your condition, but consider scribbling out wild, gestural shapes on full pieces of scrap paper, really get into it, then gradually reign it in, working toward a more controlled stroke.
You may also try working as large as possible so your marks are more dependent on your arm rather than your hand/wrist.

    Best of luck.

Go for a 2 hour run every morning, stand up at your easel, never sit down.
Eat less, eat healthy, lay off the meat, start only drinking water, always remain a little bit hungry, eat more oranges. Do breathing exercises, see a shrink. Avoid tea/chocolate/Coffee.

Try and minimize the anti depressants and continue drawing.

Before you mock it, try it for 2-3 weeks.

What is it with the recent trend, here, of people seeking out PSYCHIATRIC advice on an ART forum?

PSYCHIATRIC ISSUES involve strong medications that can be affected, adversely, by BULLSHIT like "natural supplements." But, if a bunch of would be artists want to play doctor and give advice that could adversely affect your cytochrome p450 system's uptake of your meds-- essentially playing into your desires to second guess your docs and self-medicate--

Well, you get what you ask for. . .

Well, you see, OP, you're already getting HARMFUL ADVICE.

HERE YOU HAVE A WOULD BE ARTIST ADVISING YOU TO: "Try and minimize the anti (sic) depressants. . ."

As well as "eat more oranges. . ."

    1) This poster has NO grounds to advise you on altering your meds!
    2) Citric acid intake (and god knows what supplements) CAN affect the way the body processes many medications.

If your chosen website name is "eunuch.tumlbr," your meds might be having some other side affects you want A DOCTOR to review.

How about a full human? And a proper reference for that scythe? The times I've seen a reasonable scythe in this site can be counted with my nose.

.. it was just a quick sketch... and did you just post.. "reasonable scythe"? ... what the fuck is reasonable about a scythe in a drawing... on a website like this... ... REASONABLE?!?!? god i think that says a lot about what kind of person you are and how adventurous, spontaneous or creative you are.

and this is what i think about your nose...

Well, a scythe is a real tool, and very reasonable if you're drawing farmers or people in a hay field. And I'm the sort of person that doesn't think using Google is too hard. That's about it.

    OH MY GOD THIS THREAD.

    1. You should not be fasting and taking meds. If you're not fasting now, that's good. If my hands are shaking, it usually means I'm hungry and/or stressed/exhausted.

    2. Natural supplements can either put you in balance or throw you off balance. I took 100mg of 5-HTP, for my mood, and it fucked over my stomach. Now I'm taking 50mg and I'm pretty stable now. When in doubt, take it out.

    3. Wtf. I thought that drawing/sketch was nice. Studies would be better but those aren't bad drawings. Keep doing more of them if it doesn't hurt your hands.

    4. Don't be afraid to rest.

    5. Peace, dude.
