some hell guards i've been working on.
The smoothness that you use lends itself very well to things like human skin, but perhaps it wouldn't hurt to think about treating other surfaces like fabrics and alien skin differently. Give it some texture. Try doing some studies of how drapery hangs and how clothes sit on a body... they bunch up and are not quite as smoothly blended as you're depicting them :]
Keep up the great work!
Ferroh: thanks for the valid input! i'll be definitely doing that.
some quick sketches of girls that i made a while ago

today's stuff
Hey, I like your style a lot. But as mentioned above...why not try out some textures to bump things up to the next level. Not that I should be the one to crit like this, because I am no way near your level...But I do for sure like what you have got going on here...
Hey, here's some stuff from the last week.
The title of this thread made me smile & I had to take a look.
Good solid work here. Your style is consistent without being repetetive and each of your characters is very individual. I really like the very first drawing and the guys with the blue glowy bits. Kind remind me of badass thundercats.
I know what you mean about this place being humbling. My first visit here scared the bejesus out of me!
Keep it up!
Good work here !! I love your style

That smoking cat artist made me grin like an idot. I like your more painterly pieces but your more slick stuff looks brilliant too. You have a lot of imagination to back up the skill.
hey there my thread! long time no post.
here's a compilation of illustrations i did for a local magazine.
SpaceJelly: cats - you just can't go wrong with cats! thank you!
Tef: thank you!![]()
