I wanted to post a quick update I was trying a new style of drawing my faces. I'm often tense when I draw so I tried to loosen up a bit. . It was about 45 minute sketch.

Help me understand if am headed in the right direction. Leave comments because it lets me know what I should work on it took about 5 hours give or take.

In overall i like the last piece, but you could make it more frightening(right now it looks like goofy lad from mars) - make the teeth bigger or eyes deeper(that's just my opininon/tast).But the texture you have applied looks very natural, also the blured and reflected side is truly great.

I couldn't sleep so I decided to do a few figure sketches and on face

I know I should be in bed, but I couldn't sleep as usual. Its 8am and I need to get some rest before work. but here is what i decided to sketch. It took about 30 min. Its not good at all but. I will probably to a real study once i get back.

I bought the schoolism turtorial ft Dave Rapoza and here is what i did

I wanted to sketch a new way. I often sketch in value but i wanted to take a carver's approach. I started with solid black and painted only with white.

It has been a long time since i have posted something but I keep the art flowing. I know I should have worked on this longer but the more i look at it is the more frustrated I get

Those Naruto sketches may not look like the manga, but they're a hell of a lot better than some of the Naruto fan-art out there. I like how you drew Gaara (he's my favorite character). I also like the face and figures sketches in post 7.
