Wow, do I hate Comcast, and yet I have no alternative.

Whether it's forgetting to give me stupid cords or putting the wrong serial number on their records. Anytime I try to do ANYTHING with these people they screw it up the first time, and then it takes up to a week for them to fix it!

I can't go to anyone else because all the other services are dish-bashed.

I was tempted to join one of those random sites where you just post up art and then they produce shirts, phone covers etc everything blah blah blah. Just random little late night doodles of jokes or other funny things that came to mind..... Nothing serious, figure why not.

Then I always look in the "what's popular" sections of these sorts of things. They're always.... ... ALWAYS. Full of shit that is just plain stolen. Imagery, icons, trademarks some flat out traced or anything else you name it.

    Always bugs me.

I've had a Zazzle shop for a while. It nets about $50 a year. I don't really bother promoting it and hardly any of my stuff even shows up in their search engine. With that said it's a great place for drawings created for the fuck of it. It's allot of fun to see what your art looks like on everything from throw pillows to belt buckles. The best thing is guess what? No strings attached.

The only big drawback is pitching cool is a hard sell. It's like your mom dropping you off at a metal show. Zazzle's biggest seller is clip art and Obama slander. I wouldn't worry about your images getting stolen, unless you drew something for fucking idiots.

lol I'm not worried about my images really. I just mean I hate seeing the most popular images featuring silhouettes of Totoro from Ghibli studios, or oh look it's Heisenberg with the silhouette of Walts face, trololol a storm trooper moonwalking, etc etc.... just taking other peoples icons and making them.

Hell if I was going that route I'd just make a lot of adventure time shit, but that would take from the original creators which I don't like.

But yeah, that's what I plan on doing just posting little odds and ends. Probably mostly funny stuff as someone might relate to a joke or something and who knows may get a buck or two.

Yeah I'm guessing those guys have either got permission or are risking severe legal penalties. I know Zazzle rejects anything resembling copyright infringement. I had a rabid unicorn that I had to contest as not being related to My Little Pony fan art.

Bah, I can't go see another one of my favourite punk rock bands because they're not playing an all-ages show. What's so hard about letting everyone in and then IDing people for alcohol? The kids who are going to drink did it before they came to the venue anyways. I'm eighteen now and I still can't see my favourite bands because god forbid I look at a beer bottle. Four years of being told "No" is getting old.

Anybody else watching the big football game. For you non Americans it's the one with helmets and strategy, not kickball.

    Edit:
Damn it! the 49ers lost their first Super Bowl. They also threw their first superbowl interception.

I never knew that was a sport, always thought pushing each other in silly helmets was a part of some sort of US folkdance they did as part of their advertisement watching rituals. The more you know

Wow, Photobucket sucks now. What happened? I had an account since 2005 and suddenly they decide that they'll no longer host images over some arbitrary size, making it now useless for me to upload the stuff I've used it for after all these years.

For the last thirty minutes I've occasionally been having this stabbing pain on the right side of my ribcage, almost on my back. It's just underneath my ribs. Any ideas as to what this is? Any vital organs I've drank to death?

    Wow, that was quick. Thanks.

Really? So... I got gas? Didn't think that would manifest itself so far away from my digestive system. It's really bad, to the point where I just let out a bit of a scream from the pain. Like someone stabbing me with a rusty knife. You seem educated in the field? Do you have a medical background? And also, are there any quick fixes to this besides just popping a bunch of pain killers?

Is there a reason you want a quick fix instead of just going to a doctor?

Because 9 times out of 10 these things tend to pass on their own and don't turn out to be anything serious. If it's still there in the morning or if I can't catch any sleep from the pain, I'll take the bus to the ER. It's just that it's on the other side of town and I tend to be very stubborn about going to the doctor. When my appendix burst my brother and ex had to drag me out of my apartment because I'd been putting it off for so long I somehow passed out. I'll admit, that time it was pretty foolish not going to the doctor right away.
