The base is also home to 504 (County of Nottingham) Squadron, Auxiliary Air Force. From a total collection of well over two hundred aircraft, over a hundred full-size aircraft from all over the world are displayed under cover on the historic site of the original London Aerodrome. These include the legendary Spitfire and Lancaster Bomber.
to grab some decent first hand experience, and knowledge (field trips!) so I can help folk learn how to build functional engines and chassis for various transport designs.
Anyone interested in meeting up, let me know on 07717757807
