Molly You shouldnt have been eating all that black treacle then..hehe just kidding
So far im lucky I havent had anything like that, fillings or what not *touch wood* I cant imagine the pain, it sounds pretty nasty.
I did have somat wierd though, two of my bottom front baby teeth didnt have any adult teeth underneath so I had to have my baby teeth pulled out and my whole jaw moved to fill the gap where there should be teeth.

Like this but only the front two missing.

Try to get to grips with XHTML Fran, best thing i ever did(on the advice of a friend and programmer). Basics are easy but complex formatting takes a bit more thought. The code is the easy bit, css is where the design process comes in.

I use Dreamweaver but in the split view so i can code but see the results. First book i got was the visual quickstart guide to xhtml, great book. Since then it's got HEAVY!!!!

Good luck but i've met you and i think you'll get on just fine

I use 1-2-3 reg too. You need a decnet host. I use Pipex or Webfusion. Theyre ok but not great, thinking of changing.

Apologies if i didnt read your reply fully but Dreamweaver comes with an in built ftp function. You need that to dump stuff on your site.

Tekura: Yeah, I know what you mean. There was a talk on Sky News about how the McCann parents could end up losing the public's sympathy by going a bit OTT (don't quote me on that though).

And about the Northern meet....dude, I'm soooo there.

Fran: I posted in your thread - dunno if it would help your current situation though...

    Pssht, that's easy to do.....

Northern meet would be coolio. Would be nice to meet some 'real' people XD

I do hope they find Madeline, but at the same time i am getting a little sick of the news people saying "Yup...shes still missing, but we are going to tell you all about every detail again for the 80th day running."

If I get this job at tesco and manage to get enough hours in then ill definatley be saving up for Shanghai. Im not totally sure how much ill need to save up yet. So far ive seen flights between 500-700. I have no idea how much im gonna need on top of that though. Apparently the food is very cheap.
If anyone else is going then perhaps we should get the same flights? Im not too confident travelling on my own I gotta say.

Cant believed they be so gutsy to choose shanghai. T
he location is cheap for them, because their HQ is about. And a venue should be cheap - meaning the tuition fees should be reduced in theory
    .
    To be honest,
cant really see myself getting pscyed up for the trip because the flgiths are so expensive, and the tuition is the ultimate isnult to injury. My 2P

hmm, you're right, though according to Jason it should be of a similar cost to other workshops 'cause of the lower tuition etc. I'll wait for some more info, but I am definately interested.

    thats 450-700usd....cough cough.

I'd suggest to go if you've not been to oen before. after 1-2 workshops..it becomes less useful.

Cheers Chee, Josh, Sun', Jon, Pete and Marco for posting in my thread in the FF section [hugs] Will reply when it goes down a bit, lol.

Wooooot, finished my final major project!! ^____^ Just gotta prepare for the exhibition now, wheee~

As for the next workshop: It would probably be cool....I think it might have to come with a warning though as the culture and everything over there is much stricter and more reserved, but I dunno, but be a bit more lax in Shanghai as it's a big city. Doubt I'll go though - saving up for a MacBook Pro and will be starting uni soon afterwards so unless my mum's huge money tree starts actually growing cash as leaves, I defo can't go.

Anyone have plans for this summer??

Anyone here want to buy an "as-new" copy of the full version of Painter 9.5? I've now got a copy of Painter X so no lomger need it. It comes complete in box with the Painter IX handbook and 2 training cd's from Lynda.com (can you tell I'm reading from the box? ).

I thought I'd ask here as opposed to ebay because it deserves to go to a nice home

My tooth is sorted now thank you all for your kind words.

BTW, I HAVENT been watching it, but it seems BB is now controlling us all, by determining what is racist and what is not. By the end of it, even looking at your fellow man will cost you your eyes! If there was a way of injecting a virus into the Channel 4 hub for BB, I would gladly volunteer to do it - yes burning it down would work, but its just not realistically do-able....
