Been dying to play it for aaaages, and my bro has had it for months but I need to either chip or get a CD thing for my PS2 before playing it (it's from America). That and Okami. Mmmmmm....

QUESTION:I have wireless on my laptop, and well, it doesnt stay connected very long. Its on and off all the time - could it be the wireless hardware or software on my CPU? Whats THE best software for wireless? We have broadband at home; could it be the server network?
I'm after ANY advice for wireless function...

Do you spend most of a time with a large lead wall between you and your router?

I've heard that can cause problems.

Sounds like it could be hardware related. I have a certain brand of router that is supposedly good but wigs out frequently!!! Best thing to try is a reset, unplug, and swap hardware if you can.Built in wireless, cant help. Otherwise you could check your firewall settings. Any news on the Life class front?, very keen indeed!

Oh and FFXII rocks!!!!!!!!! Been a long time fan and player of the series but it's amazing how rusty you get!. Some nice new features, glad there is no silly board/card game. five stars

I wanna plaaaay ;______; Has anyone ever played Vagrant Story (for the PS) ? The same artist worked on FFXII. Square-Enix switched their main concept designer, Nomura Tetsuya (FFVII-FFX-2?), to Akihiko Yoshida, which worked out pretty well as the previous games were looking a bit 'samey'. Still looks good though. Before Nomura there was Amano Yoshitaka, who still does the title art, I think.

Just waiting for my memory cards to arrive. You can buy new PS2 8MB memory cards from Amazon for £6.69 ^_^

Currently, spending time leveling to level 20 before starting the main game. Having to learn how to chain werewolves....and wolves....

interesting mix of FF7 and FF tactics (my fav)

How did you find the Cluckatrice mark Kosh? All out of Ether and only two of my characters have quickenings. Managed to do it but hell that was hard. Harder than 2 of the bosses i've fought so far.

i spent the first 2 days just leveling up to level 30, have jsut started main game now blitzing through balzheim passage...hehehe

Psst! I wanted to poke you guys to tell you that I am planning on taking a vacation in London from April 9 through thr 22 (or at the least, the 9th - 16th). I'm curious to see what everyone's availability is around that time and if we can plan a meet-up... or if you guys can give me some suggestions of places to visit (they don't have to all be art-centric!).

Hey Steph, Well thats during my easter break so i should be about London Oxford area if you blow the horn of gondor and the CA posse assemble on starbucks to fight a threat of flawed design and bad use of foreground elements.

I will probably be in london a few times, too check out exhibitions. So i'll give people a shout, if i can coinside this with a nandos thursday that'd be great.

Also, how is everyone? Lorenzo! mentioned there was a Bristol con on the weekend 16-17th or somthing, but i can't find mention anywhere on the net for this month. Not sure how much we got out of it last time. But if anyone wants to head down for a Brizzle meet? Oh and How is your fighting mood?

P.S: Oh yeah i'm not dead

Just animating. It's like death, but you need to get all your key frames done first.

Can't go anywhere on 17th-18th, though I might have the 24th-25th off.

Easter hols is from Friday 30th March - Monday 16th April (though the dates themselves are not included, so we'd only actually have from 31st March - 15th April). Am planning on working most of it, so shout out what days you guys would prefer to go.

PS: Check this out! It's a trailer to a new film callled Paprika by Satoshi Kon (Perfect Blue). Don't think it's as twisted as PB, lol, but the animation looks amazing and the storyline is interesting.

Btw I played the wii the other day at my friends house. Im actually suprised how fun it was. We were playing rayman till god knows what time so my arms were on fire when I went to bed.

...20 minutes from Nicky and the kids? ME!!! I'm celebrating this event I've been waiting 2 and a half years for, AND my 36th b'day in a style of sorts with a crawl through the pubs of Camden, followed by a trip to one of my favourite indie/alternative/raaawk/nu-metal haunts of yesteryear. I can't decide between Underworld (beneath the World's End pub), The Dome in Tuffnell Park (not sure if that's still a rawk night these days) or old faithful, The Scala in King's Cross.

There's also this new place I've been hearing good things about in Farringdon http://www.fluidfoundation.com/venue...x?VenueID=3030. Its a bit swankier, pricier, and the dancefloor's pretty non existent, but don't it look purty?

Aaaanyway, the date for your diary is Saturday 31st March.

I want to show off my shiny CA crew to the other lot, so lemme know if u can make it. It should be a good night.
