College is already driving me crazy and I've been working a lot now, so I'm spending my free time with my family and bf, thanks to that, my sketchbook has gotten few benefits.
The guy with the butterflies and all that jazz is my bf, the last one is like an experiment of an awkward perspective that went extremely wrong

You're very good for your age and especially since you're self taught. Good to see an appreciation for the prince of persia too

Hey there, Psychobuddy, thank you so much!
So, finally I can post here, I've misse CA so damn much :< Onto the updates, I previously posted Lana on the CA group at facebook, tried to correct few stuff on the proportions, I guess I'd rather go study more faces before going all this way again. The three first images are from memory/imagination. Then, Lana Del Rey, finally finished.

Had a look at some of your more recent pages. Looking good. You're enjoying yourself and trying different techniques, both drawing and painting. Doing studies and from imagination. Keep that up and you'll keep seeing improvement. Also think of what Molina said regarding studies, it was good feedback.

    I love this one!

For some reason Katarina looks like Lana if you look at them right after each other!

DefiledVisions thanks man! I'll be working on that little guy as soon as I'm done with digitally painting Katarina I've been trying to work on what Molina said, I could see the change from the Lana study, but I must work better on my head proportions and such, once again: thank you!
Cheboboh thank you so much! Haha yeah she does, which is quite funny, but I've already changed her face a bit, since I'm now working on the proportions on my computer and all the jazz to put her on LoL fan art section XD I love this game so much.

Sorry for not updating with anything new right now, I had 2 weeks of tests at college and had to work on 2 consecutive weekends/holidays.

Very nice work. I enjoy viewing peoples sketchbooks who have been posting for a good amount of time and seeing great improvement. You can tell the people who have actually been trying to understand what they are seeing instead of just drawing it. Keep up the good work.

I just thumbed through your sketchbook; good progress, keep it up! One thing I noticed, though, is that you focus mostly on contours when drawing. This approach is good for clean drawings, but it's not really useful when you're trying to study anatomy or do a sketch for a painting. I'd suggest trying to think of whatever you're drawing in basic shapes and then working up construction-wise to the finer details. It will help you immensely to nail the likeness in a portrait or draw a figure in any pose accurately. You are, after all, trying to portray a three dimensional shape in two dimensional space.

I think the girl in 312 the one with the dagger n spiky stuff. I think you need to question the design choice. Those spikes on her lower leg would not be a good choice, what is the purpose of them? What do they do for the design? Do they have a practical function? I think that is a sure fire way for her to either injury or kill herself if something bad happened. What the heck is up with her back arm, is it a scythe or sword? Can't really tell. Just make sure to think of why she is wearing what she is, does it have a function, would it hurt the character? What is the point of this character, why am I drawing them like this? Anyway, keep up the good work!

Hello guys, sorry it took me long to reply, I've found out that I have an acute inflammation and I've been spending part of my days at the hospital and the other parts with my bf and family taking care of me :/
yide-lee, dimi, DormierDesign, tj0ri and Januz: thank you guys so much for dropping by and leave some love at my sketchbook,
this definetely makes me want to get better and draw a lot more ^^
Fungus: thank you so much by leaving this great feedback, I'm trying to get loose about that, I'll try harder and do more studies toward forms, rendering and such, thank you!
Diarum hey there, long time no see! Katarina is not an original character of mine, she belongs to Riot and that's just her actual concept, but thinking on those aspects I've decided to remove few of spikes to make her "costume" more functional, very interesting points, I'll be sure to keep that in mind for my own characters!

So that's Katarina from now, still cleaning the lines, changing some stuff, also, fixed the face and changed the expression, I think she's looking more badass now ^^
