This is the first time I used that feature so just pause elluminate in the lower left, watch the video, and then you can keep rolling. Things got going well and I am happy to see people excited about this.

Starting Monday April 25 there will also be regular daily open hours for live participation in our streaming class environment, where we will be sharing great information and helping those who want input, want advice, or have an interest in art and the creative fields. It is the new direct connection to the industry, and can only be found here on ConceptArt.Org.

We will focus on portfolio reviews for those who have been posting here in the valuable, new, CA/TAD portfolio section http://conceptart.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=230 . We will also discuss some great art and the industry.

Thanks a lot, this was awesome. I really liked some of the paintings from the slideshow, too--the landscapes by the Russian artists. Unfortunately, some of the names were in Cyrillic and I couldn't copy and paste them. I tried searching the pics on tineye, but there wasn't anything useful. Would someone mind dropping the names?

I just wanted to say thank you very much for posting these, I'm learning so much by listening to these. I think that the critiques you offer are spot on and that the changes you suggest or make really do strengthen the art. It has made me realize that there's a lot more for me to think about when drawing. I'm going to try to concentrate on value, form, colour circulation, anatomy... lots of the stuff you mentioned. Those are usually things I don't incorporate into my drawings much at all, and I see how much it helps, so I definitely need to start doing that. Hopefully I'm not alone on this, heh. I've only watched 2 of these so far but I plan to watch them all. Good stuff!
