Why hasn't my thread/post shown up yet?

Yeah, I think I do. Made a thread aprox 7 hours ago, still haven't shown up. It's in WIP/Criticism section. Can't give a link because nothing shows up under 'my latest threads' button

Would it be possible to get my thread in the CRITIQUE/WIP section approved? It's been about a day since I posted it and I don't know how to get that link (if it is even doable) if it doesn't show up on my profile page... but I really want critique.

EDIT: Also a post in Art Discussion in the Posters thread needs approval because I linked to a gallery site.

Hi,

Despite being a member for almost three years, I haven't posted anything until yesterday and funny things happened. I've started a thread in the sketchbook section, so first post approved and my answer to maybe one or two posts? Then, post two and three containing quite a lot pictures and links, were not published and are awaiting approval (reading this sticky has informed me of why). Post four containing another three images and links were published without any problem, so it seems that the moderating on my thread is a bit random? Also, if and when my two image heavy posts get approved, will they appear in the order I posted them in? I did it in a chronological order, so if they appear after post four (with images), it'll mess up my brilliant plan...

Sketchbook hasn't been aproved yet, I'm going to do a new one and if it gets up I'll delete the duplicate thread.

I would suggest sending a pm or even an email or something. Try starting a separate thread if you haven't already done so. There are lots of threads and the mods might not reopen some older threads on a regular basis.

It seems that post will disappear and go into moderation even if you edit it and add some links as I did. Tried adding link to my livestream channel and my post just disappeard. Before I realisted what's going on I tried posting it once again. So if any mod could delete the earlier one and allow 2nd post to pass through and appear in my thread it would be great!

Hi, I have general question. I was wondering how long it usually takes to have any post approved? Is every reply to the original post to be approved? I am asking because I added a post on my sketchbook (I am a newbie in here) yesterday and it is still not updated. I was wondering how it works in here since you have loads of posts here uploaded at the same time.

Both done. I'm here at least twice a day, more at the weekend, but I don't always catch all the moderated posts. Once I've cleared up a massive backlog it should be a lot easier. In the meantime keep posting here if it hasn't been approved in 24 hours.

also has an http 500 error similar to someone above me, so am trying advanced reply to see if this works.
