aother Faerie on a mushroom, but this is a comission for a friend. Influence of Brian Froud is requested by the happy but yet unaware recipient. If you have any tips and critique Iīd be really grateful. I am not sure about the little fellas legs to be honest.

Hey hey!
So... you did a lot of good stuffs when i was away. I really like the body paintings, i think that's your specialty. right? I also like the wips in this page. On that latest post, i think the colors are a bit too local, it needed some shades of dark blue especially on the reds and yellows. But i think it's a matter of personal preference, so no real crit this timeyou are doing good.

One more favorite piece has been made in my eyes, in your
painting arsenal. You dont need to guess, Its just too obvious,
that the little adorable fairy sitting on a mushroom is a gorgeous
erotic deed. She is sweating and he is sweating, a large enormous
hot moist environment has been ignited. I can see that you added
some juice flowing out from her, so its totally not a stone cold
situation for her. She is sweating and becoming wet for a reason.
I am so surprised that the mushroom is surprised. He should be
evilish a bit and should be using the occasion secretly. Growing
behind the curtains. Such a strong happiness hit my head as I
see this piece in general, I am euphoric once again. You are improving
and becoming more exciting in your digital art world. The environment
thumbnails are solid and they have evoked a lot of thoughts and
calculations in the future oriented native minds. You did excellent,
and I am looking forth to see more exciting and mindblowing
paintings from you. Till our next meeting be good and stay healthy.
Love these fairiesNice story telling in both of them.
I am pretty sure that all these leg problems (in "dancing in the rain" like faerie) appear because: on the very first initial wip front leg, and whole body overall looks perfectly fine. But foot is mostly in the front view.
On the second wip, you painted that foot from the profile view, and it changed a lot.
Last one in the post 484(counting from left) looks good, you managed to rebuild the balance, and it looks fine with foot in the profile.
I would say that you can just stay with these pose, eventually with new arms. These way faerie dude looks more proud than in the initial wip.
But i think these very first pose is brilliant! cheerful, and full of energy. Greeting hand higher seems to show that hes very open, cheerful, simple person. Lowering it makes him slightly more "i am important" like person.
My favor option would be: putting his foot in the front view (just like in your last wip), but slightly more on the fingers, like ballerina, and staying with old hands.
Hmm, that's probably to long crit, considering my English level![]()
Congrats on the 3rd place.
I think the legs aren't the same length.
First of all, does anyone know what to do with the notifications? I keep resetting mine to "email me" but I never get any emails anymore and my
settings keep getting reset to no notifications for subscribed threads. Am I just too blind to find the setting and a thread where this has been adressed???
LtPlissken Thanks for being such a regular here. Glad u like the little elf and mushroom. It was mainly me just messing around. Good to have a place for rather catching flak due to anatomical inacuracies than depraved content.
Tsabu Good long enlish my friend. I will see what Iīll take to heart from your advice. Please do not feel afronted if I a disregard some of it. It may come down to just simplify things due to time constraints I am afraid. Maybe I am just too easily bored after working on it for so long. I often find I loose interest in a painting after more than a day.
BlackSpot Thanks for checking in again and the congratulations. I could not have done it without the help of my friends. Its always a team effort in bodypainting. Especially with the Fluro Competition.
Awright, hereīs a little update on my fiddlings.

Its a new day and a totally new way. There is not much of a big secret what you did here
with your latest paintings, you obviously clearly significantly improved. Pulling perspective
strings from here to there, measuring up the correct dimensions and proportions, you
pummeled out some very straight solid results. I so much like the color combination and
choice on the Village Environment. That village was the primary target for the Transylvanian
evil bloodsucker. He was feasting there for years, till he got his first stick. I want to wish you
all the happiness in this year and in the future. Merry Christmas and lots of love also.
hey man - I totally dig your last creature. Love this fluorescent feel you gave it.
edit: thanks again!
