I still got one more year to apply to college, and now my average GPA is about 3.3 and I cannot find on the website of the universities the GPA needed, so is my GPA enough plus the portfolio that I will need to submit?

At most art schools, there isn't a hard minimum GPA you need (or if there is, it's far lower than 3.3). If your portfolio is strong you can get in with a relatively weak GPA, and vice versa.

Rofl, 3.3 is fine. Don't worry about your GPA if it's that good, worry about your portfolio.

Portfolio > GPA. Just pass school, haha. Above a 3.0 is pretty safe and set, I'd say.
