I'm willing to do them until then if someone (anyone!) gives me a list (for IOW too). I talked to Andrew a month or so ago and he said you were able and would be doing them so I've left them alone.

No, not that you'd make a list, but that you were able to do the stars in general. It doesn't have to be you doing the list (volunteers?), but I don't have the time to look up 2 or 3 threads x60 rounds + IOW rounds to find out how many stars people currently have and who won and then apply the stars, on top of exams, job interviews and studio finals (I've got a summer semester coming to an end in uni right now) not to mention IDW.

From my understanding, Aksel does have the power to give out stars, but is on vacation for a week or so more. If you are eager to help out, you can give out some of the stars now, and he can do the rest when he gets back? I don't want to impose all this work upon you.

I was going to do it two weeks ago, but I heard that the current CA colour style was to be changed. So I was waiting for that to happen before I redo them all. I'll see what the other admins have to say.
