    Thank you anty! Maybe!

half finished "study" i say it in quotes because the original had full black, and its a big no no. I really like this though.
also drawing a few sketches of man muscles. omg. so hard.

just an idea i had walking around campus, and i saw this really awesome picture of an old bicycle.
    but ugh, this really sucks.
also its no where near this saturated in photoshop, or when i look at it outside of the internet.

&omg, this stage sucks so hard. no style, no execution, no grasp of proper anatomy. wish i had started/known about studies earlier in life
just reached my one year of tablet ownership tho. thats cool.

    -used a grid for this

im working on about ehh, fifteen sketches so far, but i cannot figure out why they refuse to upload.

i like it too, it just missing something.

an hour long study from yesterday. it was really hard i only used a three line grid. I'm terrible with proportions unless i spend hours.
tomorrow im scanning my head studies from loomis. and god they suck. but theres a lot and im not giving up!

Really lovely sketchbook. The little environment painting in your last post has some really pleasing colours.

Finals week, busy as fuck, i was doing figure and gesture drawing classes online. I took pictures of the studies, but they really need to be scanned. making up for two missed days with two anatomy paintings today. Only one more final yay!

Nice work, your rendering's getting there, but I'd say keep hammering out the quick sketches, that's where we learn the most.

    jpg upload

Being at home is awesome for my productivity.
I've gotten more work done in one day, than in a whole week at school.
This is a WIP, head shot character design.

I'm trying to learn what to think about a character need based on her/his Job, needs.
So I dont have much of a "larger concept here"
The idea is shes in a battle royale fight to death situation. This would be on like a character card or poster celebrating the event.
I wanted to do a before and after image, so this is her clean and then ill do another after where shes cut and bloody and angrier looking.

Shes is militant but optimistic. Her skills are long range shooting, not much hand to hand combat. She has a detonator just in case she gets caught in a bad situation.
I wanted her crosses to more of appropriation and "blasphemy" than a symbol of power for her. She is very trusting and open and its her downfall.

Also would like advice on her general anatomy.
I'm doing a transition to color soon, so any advice on that would be awesome. Thank you.
    Thank you guys!
    (:
Back at home, more work less frequent updates (I dont have WI-FI or a scanner)
    Library tomorrow!

Also im working on hands and a penguin and a dog.

Wow, you've got a great SB so far. I really can't see anything to critique, maybe anatomy, but you mentioned it yourself and it was in an earlier post. Great work.

Just got offered to do 4 local projects. $40-50 each~ and I just finished up a painting for a local sandwich place. yaay plane ticket money. Japan here I come c:
Thanks again Justin just realized I answered your question oddly.
Thank you Ambi~ color is a struggle for me. hahaha.
Yes, im self taught. I'm a school not working on a painting degree, but the more i move past beginner and foundation classes the more irrelevant everything is.
I cannot use my tablet for school work, we dont even touch character design and im spending copious amounts of money on supplies I'll never use again.

chinese mafia ideas came from movie stills, chinese GQ and craig mullens.
    collaboration with my boyfriend.

He did the back ground. and came up with the concept. He really liked a WIP I posted in here. and we meshed them together.

her mouth is all kinds of messedup.
