Sketchbook 2012 Part 8 – People sketches on tinted bookpages.
)) Some new canvans to your work! Look great! Keep keep keep!)
n1frit – thanks man, i'm glad you like it.
Sketchbook 2012 Part 9 – Two simple sketches on tinted pages..
ooooo, these drawings have alot of mood, paintings have lovely organic shapes, very loose and bold style, don't know about you too much, but for a critique I would say start becoming more patient and take your time with certain drawings, I'm going through this also, then you can still bring out your magic, missed the landscapes but there awesome as well lol,
keep it up mate
Level 8 Gladiator: Thracian
Lovely experimenting on the book pages!.. and yes I will post more traditional stuff in my sketchbook... keep it up 5 *****
KrispyKream – Thanks. I have big problem with longer work with my drawings. First, because when working long i can't stay so expressive. Second, i start to draw with different manner and from loose, curves i go to straight lines. I have to find my way to do this, but for now i don't have any idea. I have also compositional problems when working with solid values and colors. But soon i will show my abstract works with acrylics and drawing medias.
Dark_Eyes – i glad you like it. I try to change my work methods from drawings to paintings and maybe to Photsohop works (but i don't have idea how do this, because digital painting is unnatural for me).
Sketchbook 2012 Part 10 – Next two pages from black sketchbook![]()
Sketchbook 2012 Part 11 – Next two pages.
Sketchbook 2012 Part 12 – Next two pages.
Sketchbook 2012 Part 13 – Two pages from the bus and bus stop.
Sketchbook 2012 Part 14 – People sketches.
I'm curious as to if drawing on a page that's already has things on it helps to alleviate some of the difficulty of facing the blank page or if its the reverse and it's more challenging to draw over it because it is a book?

CreativeSage – For me drawing on book pages was difficult. At the first time i thought i can connect images and words. But it was impossible in sketchbook. Maybe in longer works, when you have time to think about. You have to find it on your own.
krypt – thanks. I will. This one will end soon and next i want to show my abstract works.
Sketchbook 2012 Part 15 – Two sketches.
Sketchbook 2012 Part 16 – Last sketches in this sketchbook.
Paints 2012 part 1 – Directions. Exploration in mixed media (acrylic and graphite).
Paints 2012 part 2 – Reduction. I try to reduce number of elements in life study (a corner of my room).
Paints 2012 part 3 – Reduction. I try to reduce elements to simple figures.
Paints 2012 part 4 – Nonobjective works in acrylics and ink. I find that painting abstraction is very hard. There is no model to look at. I finish when i don't have an idea what to change.
Paints 2012 part 5 – Two works in acrylics. Both started spontanously. I've added and removed some parts of images.
Paints 2012 part 6 – Next experiments. Two works focused on repetition. One or two elements. Drawing, painting with white paint. Drawing and painting white again. There are endless possibilities.
Very cool and inspiring sketchbook! *subscribed*
