You seem bitter. Although it may come off as false modesty, anybody who has followed his posts knows that he's a nice guy and that those kind of statements shouldn't be taken seriously. Many great artists think the work they did a year ago is rubbish and it's that mentality that motivates them to keep improving.

Yup you called it, Im so totally bitter cos he's so good and im so suck ass. In fact the main reason I voted for him to get the TAD scholarship was in the hopes of things going pear shaped. Guess I made a good call on that one!!

So I'm off to comment on his DA page about the hands and / or feet of one of his characters possibly being off and laugh as he agrees and goes on about how he can't draw them at all

I don't know... I kinda had a pet peeve with the whining before every image as well.

It frustrates me because he is better then me, and before every time he posts something fantastic he says it is shit. Which logically makes my work a giant pile of shit.

I wasn't a fan of his self-defeatism I must say, so I just avoided reading the words before each picture.

You know, the only thing more annoying than whining because somebody isn't here anymore is whining about them when they're not here anymore. They both smack of classic fan entitlement: "Because I like somebody's work, they owe it to me to behave the way I think they ought to!"
