Love the action and dynamics. Knock kneed or bow legged, your characters have a wicked style.

Good lord, I love it. Your work is like calligraphy.
I was once on the receiving end of a critique so savagely nasty, I marched straight out of class to the office and changed my major (sketchbook).

    Thats fucking fresh.
Really nice style i see a lot of mike mignola in this which is awesome.
You're exaggerations are really well done all i'll say is that some of the knee areas are exaggerated so much its a bit confusing so maybe a pinch of subtletly in those areas would help but its so stylized i could be totally wrong.
Cant wait to see more stuff your last couple of pieces have been damn solid. keep it up.

    Wink

This whole thread is just YUMMY! It's like candy. such strong illustration, very graphic. Your style, as has been mentioned, is very strong an very pleasing, but I also love your use of colour - its just a perfect marriage with the line work! Is it me or have you throttled back a bit on the stylization in the shin area on the figures in the more recent stuff? It looks that way to me anyhow - and I think it works much better. Love it! Love it! Love It!

Edit: As well as Mignola I also see some Sienkiewicz in there.

I agree whit Chas. It seems to be in a better balance between the stylized and the more more "realistic" features, like some colors and textures. Have you did it on a clearly purpose or it was a more unconscious decision?

Awesome stuff, man. Only someone with an incredible grasp of the human form could experiment and pull off such wild exaggeration. It scares me and inspires me simultaneously, haha! I love it.

Takashmen : Thanks! Glad you like it.

    JoeS : Thanks!

Stoat : He, He, flattering comparison.

Stephane Perez : Yes, Mike Mignola is one of my favorites artists. For sure my work have some influence from him. About the knee area, you’re right. From the beginning I realize that this exaggeration may disturb but that was I felt in that moment. There are some periods when I need to exaggerate without a logic

MuchoNice : Thanks! Unfortunately I don’t have any book published. Maybe in the future.

Bezoman : Thanks! I don’t have any clue how I do this.

SEVANS : That will be great! Thanks!

Chas : Yes, in the last period I felt like decreasing stylisation areas works better. Thanks for your words of appreciation.

L!nK : Yes, was a clearly purpose. Thanks!

Muttonhead : Thanks! I’m glad that inspires you.

    Kea :Thanks! Nice comparison.
