great work lately man! really digging the subtle texture in your works! gives it another dimension of realism, but with the looser works it comes off really well.

oh my goooood man i love your brush econome and stroke-work its delicious, tho your palette when working from head feels really limited, try to have a reference of a real world thing and copy that palette it will bring a bit more life into your colours, also your figures look a biit static, and i dont see alot of action recently, you should practice that, it gets really fun when you get it down and insted of struggling with it you start using it to your advantage, its all about practice keep it up!

Kingkostas: Thanks man! Good shapes is something that remains abit ellusive to me. I occasionally clearly strike on shapes that seem more pleasing than others but I don't really know what is a good shape.
Study os a study. The original is an academic study by unknown (atleast for me as I couldn't find the artists name) russian artist.
Loving this last study! Your brush strokes are so impressing ! Keep it up !!!!

Wow man you are beast! Do you have any tip how to train imagination?
My sketchbook - Please, help me growCritique very appreciated
we want the krogannn!!! Hahah awesome mate, well a good shape is a shape that is harmonious in the composition and works well in it. Also a good shape helps us recognize better some things. For example a good sillouete of a hand is the first important thing we see, and then we see the forms in it. But its in the "how we feel it" so by working more and more with shapes, we get better taste
. Beautiful study!!!
