result of procrastination

just a piece i sketched up t'nite while procrastinating from doing hw... =(
haven't colored stuff in a while, so i threw in some of that, and thought it'd be nifty to show all three "versions" of this...

been a bit rusty w/ drawings like these b/c i've been outta practice --- been doing paintings more... hmm.

i dunno... does it look too anime? most of the time people consider my non-realistic people-drawing style somewhat of a mix between "realism" and anime... basically, not "anime", but ya know... ok enough ranting from me... i gotta sleep.

btw... i feel really... i dunno... posting here and all - w/ all you amazing artists... hehe ~bows~

It's always much more interesting when someone shows the steps of a piece.

Don't worry to much about the anime thing, it's become such a mainstream thing with teens and whomever now-a-days that people see it everwhere.

looks good, i like the looseness and general fluidity of the first one. I think her expression captured this same tone. Yeah, procrastinating can kill ya sometimes, although i've pulled out some of my best shit at the last minute....i guess i've just been lucky.

attackcat: seems i manage to pull through too somehow - i've gotten good grades on my art projects so far! haha - the ones i do 95% of the night before it's due... - thx for the feedback!
