wow such raw power of gestures!!!!!! They are so full of life!!!!!!!!!! I see your also doing some life drawing in there as well. Looking really good. Where did you learn how to do gestures like that? Im thinking you might of picked that up on your own though cause they look solid. Keep grinding out the studies and creative imagination drawings your doing, its coming along really nice!!

Keep pushing, man ! You should start doing greyscale studies because I think you've got the hang of shading. Then it's a matter of practice before you can move on to color.

Psychobuddy & Jaik: Thanks mates! i will study him in near future. Fuck, only 4 months left and it's already a year? need to work harder, psychoooooooooooooo!

Joe777k7: Oh, thank you so much! :> Had done only 1 Life Drawing and no more.. hard to find sources, private hours are full and you have to wait like 1-2months before your first hour.. and when you'r there, it's only 2hours per week, so, fuck that.. it's pretty complicated here about the gestures, hard to say.. it's kind of thing that you have to feel.. it's the Action where your attention should go, if you check my gestures, they'r not clean Gestures but mix of gesture+form, when you do gesture, all your attention should go for the Action, what the figure is doing? that's what you have to feel and draw. Learn also something about rhythm, it's part of it, upon that you can build whole figure by applying basic forms & complex forms etc depending on anatomy.. check Vilppu Drawing Manual and Michael Hampton - Figure Drawing

    Pete Hidalgo: Haha, thank you!

IanLlanas: Thanks! No mechanical on gestures, otherwise yes, if i want extra sharp edge or something extra detailed i'll grab the Mechanico Pencilo but i dont use it often, when i will able to draw more precisely and be more concentrated, i'll fuse with her.

Psychobuddy: Thank you buddy im not so sure if im doing things right, but i hope so it's a bit hardcore to study from books where i have to translate 60% of the words and being not sure if the translation was correct, or if my brain understand it the correct way.. so i spend like 1 hour on one page depending on author, asking myself what da fuck what da fuck, fucking puzzle game.. hope i understand it well..

aks9: Thanks bro! loool, man, awesome avatar! love it!

ozark: Mmmmmmmm, i'm mega afraid of painting that's why i am letting it for the end, my knowledge of values, color and light is bad and i have no clue how to think when painting stuff or doing photostudies, what kind of brush, what opacity to use or how to start things off etc.. dont know the correct process&technique how i should do this stuff.. and to be true, im not sure by myself when i shade something but thank you, really appreciate your words!

I have a suggestion for you. You do lots of studies, which is cool but the other important think is to develop your imagination.
I have some friends with who i make sessions, we draw some characters, etc for 20 minutes and we exchange our sketches, if you are interested we can try. pm me.

Hey man! Soon. Uhm for your warm up, I'd consider cutting out, well okay I'll put it this way, after doing it once you're gonna be pretty damn bored with drawing straight lines and spheres. I'm not sure how much that would really teach you too. I know it's just a warm up but shouldn't everything be focused on improving, maybe find a comfort zone or something and draw that for a warm up. As an example; if it were me, I'd draw eyes during that warm up time. Anyway, just something to think about. Maybe try and dedicate some more time to working out of your head as well. Trust me, if there isn't a proper balance between study and personal work, things get messy really quickly. Uhm yeah...hopefully that helped.

It looks that there are some massive preparations. I think that you don't need any special program for making progress. Study/ draw everything you have problems with. Work on your weaknesses. That's all.
Are going to draw 6 hours a day? you are crazy. Hope your back will survive
    Enjoy your holidays.

Damn, so organised lol, maybe I should look at something like this, I spend way too much time just staring into space trying to work out what to do. You've done a lot of figures, which is really good, I would use figures as maybe the warm up for maybe 20min then get into anatomy muscle studies or something. I wouldnt put a huge emphasis on proportion as figure drawing will eventually ingrain that in you. Just my 2cents, I wish you luck

blu01: i thought i should do something like this and follow it but, when i look through my sketchbook, i see minumum work with shading&values which is sooooo important if i want to bring my stuff alive in later stages.. I havent done any painting study i cant even shade something to the end, fucking frustration and fear from this subject. You've got fucking true, i should rather concentrate on my weaknesses then doing 100 things at once.. Gotta start doing grayscale photostudies like ozark said, i need to master values for all what's worth.. What it's line for if i cant shade or rather say, dont know where to put correct values, play with them and be able to change mods... And i changed the chair for medicine ball

Jaik: Feel free to use it, reorder, add other subjects. true, i concentrate more on eye measuring, angles and negative spaces when drawing them from refrences, but when trying to draw from mind they sometimes come handy when it's not foreshorten.

Guys, thanks.. Looks like i have to start from beginning again, gotta continue with life, figures, anatomy, mind, but starting with painting and working on weaknesses, that's the top notch.

Hey!!!! Nice sketches! Thanks for the comment on gestures earlier in your sketchbook. Im going to grind those out soon. I like your idea of the goal sheet. I have one myself that is set up for 11 weeks. Hopefully i should be alot better after i do this. Its very challenging though, its kinda based off what i see coming out of Feng Zhu's school. Its my noob self taught copy of it. Its seems to be working pretty good. About to head into week 3, keep up the good work! Lets see some more updates!!
