Undogmatic? i take that as a huge compliment. im into month3 of learny draw, and can report its still megafun!
i havent really messed with trad fantasy themes yet as there are so many people here drawing incredible mecha and fantasy and superhero art, i almost feel like theyve just nailed it, i cant add a better dragon or
    viking, theyre so excellent already..
i feel lucky i have the time to do it. i have a huge amount of respect for
young mums who post work here, or guys working in the army overseas. theres something moving about them doing that i think.
cg: thankyou dude, im startingt o get over my fear of drawing finally. its great isnt it?
sony: grandscapes. thats awesome. im stealing that haha
tron: cheap paper ROCKS! its kindof shiny and reminds me of a school book but who cares right?
ive never used proper canvas or drawing paper but the texture of it looks like itd be good. scary, but good and dark. the word tooth comes up. i like it.
bhanu: what you reckon, 10 or 15 years more of practice, ready to be useful in our 40s and then 50s, itll be fine
something about this artwork makes me smile
it stood out in an awesome show in the palais dtokyo in paris i thought
im a rube to art exhibitions, no idea whats going on, so im impressed by 99% of it usually, but this and rothko occupy a special place in my brain

Whoot hand studies! you're beating me, i should really get on that. I love that you take everything so eagerly. I love the labrodor hands. Hahah.

Also i keep coming back to your book and the posts are always reordering, is that because you rearrange them? Or i just happen to post at funny times.

AND ive been listening to that music you gave me epic awesome, sooo goooood to paint to. And i just got some new headphones so it makes my brain all gooey.

Also also also i suck at reading so im using this to read the stories. Ohhh man and speaking of Catish, i was on loveandasandwhichs sketchbook and he had a go at her saying she was unoriginal. He's crossing some dangerously offensive lines. Lol

hey man. tnx 4 stopping by the other day. nice stuff you got going here; like the ppl sketches, espec the ones making love and the cats. the lines on those are really strong. sometimes the depth is a little off though which turns everything flat. it's funny, 'cause your stuff on this page suggests you know 3d well enough. maybe you just dont apply it when doing figures?
    Warning, I draw babiez

thanks for posting on my thread. I am really liking your most recent drawings. They have a really narrative feel. I like how you used multiple colors of ink, which allowed you to explore various surfaces without creating an extremely busy image. Great work.

    thanks guys!
TR thankyou for you support homes! I mean it. 3DSMax 2010 by the way
    Senend Gracias amigo!
Ryan I love aussie architecture; the single plan houses, dark tiles and wood, natural air flow, id live in that. plus arguably the most famous peiece of architecture in the world is in Oz..
Ashess- youre right about depth, im workin on it i swear. thankyou for critting it really helps
Farquad- haha next is some very unconfident pen, pen is tricky, see what you think..
    Raminaf- Thankyou sir!
JP- haha im not so enthusiastic in the morning, or whenver i wake up. 1pm usually. look a right state. your music taste rocks by the way
For Science- youre most welcome. youve gotta love a Bic 4 colours in 1 right!
And you cant beat saving sketchbook pages by just drawing 4 things all over eachother..
Sony: thats Quito, in Ecuador. Everyone carries a brolly as it rains in the afternoon most of the time. Brilliant place..

so... i got GTAIV PC edition, downloaded the Porsche 911 GT2 and the Ferrari 458 Italia and the superman mod, and probably wont see the light of day for some weeks. in addition to being the funnest game ever its also a perfect way to practice drawing real life scenes with moving people, in the middle of the night if you live in the middle of nowhere..

Your drawings are getting way better! I might not know what I'm talking about, but I think the last thing you posted would work better if it was less centered, you've got the horizon line right in the middle. Somewhere off center usually makes a more exciting picture.
