Hi Arshes or Emily.

Just realised all my 'stars' for ChoW and the little icon have gone off my name. Wondering where and why they've disappeared... Can you help?

Oh no I completely understand. Something had messed up activation emails so I know they did some poking around earlier to get them working again.

Ah right.... I just checked other ChoW winners and it appears to be only mine that have disappeared. Someone poking around maybe and checked a box that shouldn't be checked..? (Or 'ticked', as we say this side of the great Atlantic...)

Ok I think I figured out what happened. I believe if you change your user title it bumps off the awards you win.

How many stars did you have and I'll reset it.

I didn't change my user title Arshes. Haven't touched it for ages. I had 16 wins, but apparently it only goes up to 12 so there was a little + and a number of further wins next to it. Thank you!

I shall avoid even looking sideways at my user title from now on, just in case.
