Yes, I made that when I learned figure modeling class in school, I am totally suck doing 3D stuff, so I'd rather sculpt something haha...

This is a great sb dude! That dragon fuckin rocks! And don't worry about not getting a lot of responses. There are tons of sketchbooks on here and sometimes some of them get lost in the shuffle, but that shouldn't be a deterrent to keep you from posting more art(mainly because I want to see more (because it rocks)).

Definitely gonna be following this sb.

Hey Edward! Nice start to your SB! The perspective on that one hallway piece is awesome! Just keep up with those studies!

Hi guys this is my new digital drawing which is a battle between two serpent gods. Today I'd like to show you my drawing steps.
    http://edwardwangs.blogspot.com/2011...icai-vilu.html

1, I just sketch on my sketch book to get some idea of the battle.

2, And I also make some quick drawings on my mac to try different light and shadow effects.

3, When I decide the composition, then I spent a little bit more time on the B&W version (I found some cool brushes!!). It is very important to do this because it can show the value and light effect. It also help me to paint the right color at the next step.

4, I put color and it seems good. TenTen is god of earth so I choose yellow and little bit green as its color and bule for CaiCai because it is the god of the sea.

5, I redesign the snakes to make them look more like snake (my girlfriend almost kill me when I search those snake pictures). Almost done.

6, I put light for the stone and shadow of TenTen(up one), add some effects like fire and water, if you want to create cool effects so you have to find the picture reference and try to drawing like that.

7, After I finish it, I get rid of the color and see how's everything going then, it's not bad, and I think I can do better next time, I always believe this.

    Thanks and enjoy!
