    Page 10 before me?!? WTH! When I said post more I didnt expect someone to actually listen ^^;

Rivalries aside, I must admit I am jealous of your skills with ink and pen. 259 260 I enjoy the most.
266 I was going to say you handled the reflections well on him, but then you say its wood. The drastic changes in value makes him look extremely reflective, nearly metallic, not sure if that's what you were going for.
270 that black outline distracted me, i couldn't even tell what i was looking at for a bit. Think i might know what you were going for if there was slightly darker values in the actually drawing, it probably wouldn't have cluttered it like it did. Also this guy does it well, he has tutorials. (might have linked this to you before dont know)
272 Im disappointed. You made it sound like you had toy story pillows and sheets XD. They look good non the less.

Keep drawing. (just let me catch up first >=P)

Wing: The wood was shiny! Also dark. So I tried to show that but even them you are right it was not THAT shiny. Give me the link for 270! I want to see if I can do whatever that is properly. Haha I said I loved Toy Story and I was drawing pillows. Silly girl...

I have done gestures of people for my group but I had not gotten anywhere near 50. I spent about 10 minutes on the previous and about 5 minutes with each of these bmx and skate peoplez. Oh, cheetah.

Also 1HDC featuring character design and shoe design! YEAH! I'll post the character design some other time... when I like it...Colours comin' up soon.

for the gestures of the skate & bmx people I suggest you try to avoid straight edges as it is normally does not work well to bring out the flow and normally when doing gestures you are suppose to be really impulsive about it and just try to capture the energy of movement some gestures are even as fast as five seconds yet don't really look like the subject at all but you can recognize it by the movement it portrays. Keep it up!

i agree, avoid straightening the edges. it is hard to draw but many things have complex curves in them. catching them fasdt and with energy is not easy though. heres an example of what i think is a good one:

Duuuude thanks. Also, when gesture drawing I feel like one should go for a style. Like somehow there are different styles of gesture drawing and to make one that is pleasing to look at you have to conform to the different styles. These are definitely way cool, though,

sweet grind you ar doing man keep them coming! a suggestion on animals, do a small diagram of the pose on the corner of the page if you can, it will make things go more smoothly, since you already have a somewhat accurate notion of where the curves and big masses are, you have a second chacne at getting the lines just right, that astronaut looks cool i followed your advice and have been working with pen too its tough as nails but it helps alot with line economy thanks for the advice!

Awesome dude I will try and feel out the curves. Hopefully I will have them in my head as I get better so I don't have to.

i know, I KNOW color is fucking terryging, but if you want a head on approach, just mask down all the different shapes and once they are masked paint them as isolated objects with a mind on the lighting, its tough as fuck and it takes time but you will get shit done hahaha anyway keep it up eternal!

You know what's funny... I did this pokemon challenge in an hour and I just painted as fast as i could and I actually don't mind how it came out. I am finding that the faster I work is the less I think about things and the better my work seems to look when I am finished. Yet i am afraid of working to fast and not getting the important bits in. I still want to study light and how it affects objects though. Maybe ALL MY ART IS IN MY SUBCONSCIOUS.

i guess we both came down to the same conclusion, its not to think but to DO its great you are experimenting with this fast approach what about this, do 30 mins of fast painting and then spend an hour getting everything nince and pretty, working with negative space and all of that stuff, cant wait to see more into color we go!

THANK YOU. I need that so bad. I have never done a colour study for any of my paintings I always know how they should look and I try to match that. The problem with that is my paintings could be so much stronger.

SUPER THANKS! I watched the National Geographic video of the slow motion cheetah. Very inspiring animal! Also one of my favourite.

Dude I am SO going to try that because I want to see what else is stuck in my subconscious mind.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------

Onward!!!!! Also i am DONE with this thing. I will let it rest for now. My left brain take too much control when I try to paint this. Away from me demon painting! Haha
Also a ball bouncing gif (I was experimenting with frame by frame colouring) that will probably only run once for some stupid reason even though I set it to run forever. And a landscape study 15-20minutes.

Another update! Wow i am just updating as I go along tonight. A guy from Avatar that I can't remember. master Paku? I think? He trains Aang and Katara.

Wow, I love the energy of your work, everything you draw has such a feeling of SPEED! Those cheetah studies are awesome.

So do you consider yourself a soft-edge or hard-edge artist? I would guess hard edge looking at your drawings.
