Clur Def a HARD Edge! Haha I am trying to be more organic in my linework now so it is not so obvious. Though I have neglected drawing machine and building which is what I know I am better at. It's all a balance.

Wing haha I have hundreds of bookmarks. That's why I hate them! I want to put links in my sketchbook. At the end of the day, pages do not improve an artist. I only use pages to chronicle how much I have used my sketchbook. Actually as I go on the uploads should be more dense as I learn to crank out more drawings.

Niam I want to paint more in black and white! I will do a value study on my own. Plus it is hard keeping up with the studies the group does every week. I DO LOVE Design Challenges though!

Lakai Hey dude! How do I colour? Should I try to see the colour with my eyes or use the eye drop tool? Also how do i know how other surfaces change colour and stuff? Do i just have to learn how sunlight changes colours and stuff or will I know after I have painted a few hundred paintings?

what hair follicles? They are all bold heads XD .. it's wip cause i likely gonna change the design/colors and stuff.

I dont know if i remind it correclty but u did use penpressure on the strokes for the lines right? I'd suggest uncheck this espeically to achieve the solid lines most cartoons have if this is what u aim for and work more gestural with ur strokes not as slow and forced as i saw while you were streaming this.

I will check that out. Yes I was using the opacity pen pressure sometimes. Them i used none. I was trying to get the lines as straight as possible but it was very hard. I was trying my best to avoid using illustrator or another vector program

The 1HDC challenge today (I forgot to remove the word "STUCK" plus I deleted the file so i cannot change it haha) also GUMBALL! I love this show so much. It is STILL A WIP but it is ALMOST done.

Not a bad study. Would have liked to see more of that subtle shine some insects get on their wings. Its usually a blue or purpleish pink mix. Its quite lovely.

I wish you a happy new year and merry Christmas, all the possible best on this world. And a magical
year it was indeed for you and for your sketchbook. Since the last year you made big improvements
and motivational changes in your ever evolving life experience. I see that you are no stranger to any
skills any more, you laid your hands on various aspects and approaches in drawing and in painting.
You are right you have improved in understanding perspective and in pose drawing also, some hidden
secrets has been revealed to you, just as the summer sun went down. Now what I noticed is that you are
making big improvements when you do stylized cartoony drawings, cause you somehow ignite your
internal subconscious mind machine, which harvest new knowledge much faster and much efficient.
So you should try to work and draw more stylized faces and poses, turbo evolution will be on the
fading horizon. As for painting, I would advice you to do and paint more in black and white, that
is greyscale. You will be learning even faster and your understanding of values will become undeniable.
In the end, yes, yes, consistency guarantees success. And you are consistent, so no more words are
required here. You be good, take care and give us your best.
