    [Quube]TwoDee - How to play

So I've got till this Friday and I'm trying to get as much done as I can. The shirts and business cards are paid for and in the mail on their way! Apart from this poster and some origami cubes I think that should be enough promo material.

If anyone has any idea I'd love to hear em.

Hey peeps! Avcon was a great success, we got lots of feedback on where people can see the game heading artistically and programatically too. Overall we all fee inspired at Universal Chicken to progress with the game with glee... Or at least I feel gleeful.

Here's some alternate Pip character in order of which i drew them. Enjoy. Colours coming soon.

Oh and gameplay vid and event pics soon too.

Just a hint for better workflow: When you do a long list of different shots like in the last post. You should number them, so that your client or we can call a specific one without counting the rows or something like that.

Really cute design so far. Curious how the game will look like when its done. Will it have something about a good diet?

Here's something I was working on today, the design a character group has shape challenges, its great practise.

Also it feels good to be painting something that's recreational for once. :d

Looking forward to some in-game vids of your game!
Sorry if I´ve missed this some pages before, but are you hired by a game company or are you freelancing? Just curious.

Urötskidoji Hey man, so glad you're always coming back. I've been freelancing in the games industry for about 2 years, I work for a couple of companies contractually. And I freelance for the extra money in between, all learning the ropes still, fun though. So both! It's mostly work among friends and people I know that work in the industry, more a labour of love. But all practice for the bigger guns.

Hey peeperonies, I've been away from the scanner at work for a while so my sketchbook is building up something chronic. I've got D&D sketches and sketchbook notes to show. Also here's a small update for the orc chow. I missed the deadline but I'm going to try and finish the piece, currently designing armour and thinking about the background. Anything look funny or off?

Whoot got my scanner back today. Here's some of my new sketchbook. I don't like it as much as my other one, the pages are thin. But alas learning! We played D&D so there's the progress of our first adventure there.

That´s cool that you get to work with concepting for games already! I took the dive into the game industry via 3D, it seemed easier. I´ve done some minor concepting, but I hope to be able to do more of it with some additional years of experience.

    Long time no post!!

Hi Jaunay! thanks for visiting my sketchbook (I know it's kinda late, but better late than never, no? I've been moving to Germany lately trying to learn the languaje and such, so I haven't draw nor visited Conceptart for a long time)
You've got a really nice sketchbook going on. I dig those anatomy studies and the progress that you're making. By the way, happy birthday! and keep the sketchbook growing.

    cheers

Another wip. I'm having a hard time getting to a really rendered stage, I feel like by the time I'm happy enough to go to the final stage I reassess the picture and then realize that I should probably just start over again and make the idea better.

Good stuff! I like your little game project there, looks like it'd be to addictive, so I may pass on playing it , but still looks fun! Got some nice enviros as well!
