Hello everybody. I really want to improve my skills, so please any critic is welcome.

Hello fain, and congrats on starting a sketch book here! On your first post as well.
I have seen many intros that tell how they lurked around here, and decided only later on to begin a sketchbook.

Anatomy, very nice start! Solid base.
Do not forget to actually understand what you are drawing! These are great if you want to get better with value studies,
but unless you try constructing them, actually seeing the bone in the body,
i have come to the conclusion that you're better off seeing the bigger picture.
Post those other drawings too! The more, the better.

Thanks Silwynar, give it for sure, the next time i will post some from imagination (an old ones) and when I finish to copy the all the anatomy book I will try to do it from memory.

Loving your anatomy studies! But I notice a lot of your heads are off whether from reference or imagination (though the imagination ones have it a little worse) Mostly in size of the head, and feature placement like in the last update. I think you might have the anime long midface syndrome or remnants of it (I used to have it -http://evafortuna.deviantart.com/journal/33357108/#/d2t0f1a) it might be worth checking into. I'm not dissing the anime style, but it will help you with more realistic people and proportion placement (whether with ref or imagination, both will get easier)
